Obamacare.

You remember Obamacare don’t you? The “you have to pass the bill to find out what’s in the bill,” bill? You remember…the bill that would allow us all to keep the insurance plans we had and liked…keep the doctors we had and liked?

Obamacare…the “fix” to our insurance nightmare that would provide “affordable” coverage for the estimated 30 million Americans who didn’t HAVE healthcare insurance?

Yeah, THAT Obamacare. It was in all the papers a year or more ago. Remember that ONLY the democrats voted for it. Not even ONE Republican in the House OR the Senate voted for the damned thing but that was before the initial shellacking that put Republicans in charge of the House.

Well…hang onto your seats because that awful, festering, stinking pile of crap is coming back into the news but Obama isn’t going to like it much.

First of all…Obama WAS supposed to, at least according to liberals, insure ALL Americans and they told us and TOLD us that back then, there were some 30 MILLION Americans who didn’t HAVE any health insurance. Remember? Well, that number has now been trimmed all the way down to…30 million Americans. Yes, you read that correctly…there are STILL 30 MILLION Americans without healthcare coverage and the thanks for that goes to…Obamacare.

But that’s not the big news regarding this mess…

Last week, Utah’s Obamacare co-op became the 10th to go under and close its doors. First, it was Vermont’s Obamacare co-op that went under…BEFORE IT EVER ENROLLED A SINGLE PERSON. After that… CoOportunity Health went down and they were supposed to be providing coverage in both Nebraska and Iowa. Then it was Louisiana’s co-op that shut its doors followed by Nevada’s co-op which was the one Harry Reid was so damn proud of that sunk beneath the waves. Health Republic Insurance of New York was the next to fall and IT was the BIGGEST of ALL of them.

Just a couple of weeks ago…Kentucky, Tennessee and Colorado shut theirs down followed closely by one of the two co-ops in Oregon before last week’s closure of Utah’s Obamacare co-op. Including the non-start in Vermont…that makes 10…so far.

So FAR? There’s going to be MORE of them going out of business?

Before I get to that, let’s remember how these hideous things got started in the first place.

There were 24 altogether and each and every one of them was funded by American taxpayer dollars…OUR taxpayer dollars…$2.5 BILLION taxpayer dollars to be nearly exact and since, between all 24 of them, only 500,000 people signed up THROUGH them, that translates into nearly $17,000.00 PER ENROLEE that it cost US to bankroll the bankrupt.

By the way…that $2.5 billion dollars was in the form of low interest loans meant to provide a cushion so that the co-ops could get up and running while they endeavored to get their premium rates right. I’m telling you right now that there is no way in hell they will ever pay back a dime of those loans. THAT money…OUR money…is gone.

Okay, that said…HERE’S the REALLY big news that Obama just plain doesn’t want you to know and the news he’s going to do every damn thing he can think of, including sending ground troops to Syria, to distract you from.

Those 10 failed Obamacare co-ops are only the beginning.

Inside sources claim there are another 11 Obamacare co-ops on what THEY are calling a “deathwatch” list that WILL go under either by the end of this year or very early in the next year which will then bring the total from 10 failed Obamacare co-ops all the way to 21 out of the 24 that the Obama regime poured OUR money into.

Trust me on this…if Obama doesn’t want you to know THAT bit of information, and clearly he does not as that list, the “deathwatch” list is not being given to either congress OR to We the People, he’s not going to want you to know this either…that because of the death spiral of Obamacare co-ops, in the next 2 months, 400 thousand MORE Americans will suddenly find themselves without insurance.

Ready for a little more bleak news regarding Obamacare?

As fewer and fewer are insured BY Obamacare, because more and more of the Obamacare co-ops are failing abjectly, the cost OF Obamacare is going to climb higher and higher which means that the unaffordable “affordable” healthcare you’ve been struggling to pay for is about to get even MORE unaffordable which means that those on the bubble already, whose co-ops are still clinging by a thread, will no longer be able to contort their monthly budgets to pay for it.

They, those on the aforementioned bubble, will then begin to drop from the rolls of the insured as well thus forcing premiums up even more but that’s not the end of the debacle.

As premiums rise, so too are deductibles making getting sick or needing your insurance even harder to afford as you have to pay more and more out of pocket before any of it actually kicks in and prescriptions? Yep…after taking a significant jump at the onset of Obamacare, in some case jolting up nearly 700% overnight…they too are on the rise which means affording needed medications, thanks to Obamacare, is getting harder and harder for most Americans to do.

Okay, so Obamacare co-ops are dropping like flys…why?

The simple and most accurate answer is…socialism…it just doesn’t work.

All of the 24 Obamacare co-ops were set up by the government using low interest loans but those loans came with a boat load of socialist based restrictions which doomed them from the word go. For instance…Obamacare required carriers to pay OUT at least 80% of all revenues garnered through premiums to their policy holders thus leaving only 20% for the carriers to pay for staffing, administrative costs, and advertising to push their product and BARRED those carries from raising ANY capital via debt offerings or equity.

Obamacare BANNED any experts, within the industry from other companies from serving on any of it’s carriers Boards of Directors…provided access to near ZERO funds outside OF those government loans…made it ILLEGAL to USE those loans to MARKET the carrier’s products and, should the carrier still find a way to stay afloat…Obamacare limited, by law, the carriers from exceeding 20% profits for any future growth.

Obamacare, as written, has been a recipe for disaster since the day it was passed before anyone in congress was allowed to READ the damn thing because, as it was set up…only the government, in true socialistic fashion, was allowed to fund the co-ops and then dictate TO the co-ops exactly how to run their business.

Here’s where the “we told ya so” comes in…it now looks like the only Obamacare co-ops that stand a snowball’s chance in hell of staying above water are those who took THE most drastic action and option available to them and charged their policy holders THE most outrageous premium fees with THE most outrageously high deductibles imaginable. In doing so, they limited their policy holders to those who could most likely have paid out of pocket for almost any healthcare they would have needed…those who really didn’t need insurance to begin with and cut OUT those who actually DID need insurance. In doing that, those co-ops managed to cut their losses by only attracting those with enough money to pay the sky-high premiums and deductibles and with far, FAR fewer insurees in their pools, their payouts have been significantly less.

What Obama’s socialism has done to the health insurance industry is the exact opposite of what he claimed it would do. Rather than lowering the costs of premiums, deductibles and prescriptions, Obamacare has sent them into orbit. Rather than making health insurance more affordable, Obamacare has, in fact, made it LESS affordable and rather than simplify the process for those needing and providing insurance, Obamacare has made it much more difficult for those in need of it and much more risky for those providing it.

By the end of this year, if projections hold true and it certainly looks as though they will, there will be 21 out of 24 new Obamacare co-ops OUT of business…that will be one folded up co-op for every hour Ted Cruz stood on the floor of the senate and warned us, and congress, of exactly what was going to happen.

Anyone with a working brain cell saw this coming and nobody more so than Cruz but do not, for one moment, believe that Obama sees this as a failure because he doesn’t. This is all going exactly according to plan. As the Obamacare co-ops fail, as the whole Obamacare system become so UN-affordable that NOBODY can afford to be insured…Obama and his socialist supporters will move toward the TRUE socialist system of healthcare…a one payer system which will force Obamacare, the nation’s single largest tax hike in history, to bloat itself even more on the backs of the American taxpayer.

Once that happens…the entire system of healthcare in this country will be solely in the hands of the government…from your decisions to the fields of practice for doctors themselves.

According to Obama’s bible…”Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals,” there are 8 steps toward the implementation of socialism upon a society and they are…

8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.
7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.
6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to us“ take control of what children learn in school.
5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives. (Food, Housing, and Income)
4) Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
And the number 1 step toward the full implementation of socialism upon a society…
1) Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people.

The next trial balloon for a single payer system is going to be on the ballot in Colorado in 2016 and the budget for it is a whopping $25 BILLION dollars…a sum that will virtually DOUBLE that state’s budget and require an additional 10% payroll tax on Colorado residents and employers. It would also scrap Obamacare in the state of Colorado altogether and believe me, the Obama regime is watching this VERY closely as that is exactly what THEY want to replace their designed to fail Obamacare system.

We have but one opportunity, just one year from now, to start turning back socialism…full on socialism and the total loss of our Constitutional Republic via non-violent means. We, as Conservatives, MUST hold the majority in the House and in the Senate and we must NOT allow ANY liberal to hold the presidency regardless of who the Republican nominee is. ONLY by electing a REPUBLICAN president…ONLY by electing the REPUBLICAN nominee whoever that is, can we hope to save the republic.

So, why isn’t Obamacare front and center on the Republican platform as far as domestic policy is concerned? Why aren’t the candidates focusing on Obamacare as the MOST important part OF their domestic policy right now?

Because we have allowed ourselves to be distracted by silly social issues…issues that don’t matter at all and have no effect on our daily lives. Pizza parlors, bakeries and who can marry whom. Are we REALLY willing to let the Constitutional Republic fall over wedding cakes and a slice of pizza?

Get real folks and wake the hell up…time is running out.

Mark Zuckerberg had this to say regarding Islamic terrorists and Islamic terrorism…

“I believe the only sustainable way to fight back against those who seek to divide us is to create a world where understanding and empathy can spread faster than hate. Where every single person in every country feels connected and cared for and loved. That’s the world we can and must build together.”

In 2014, Hillary Clinton said this on the same topic…

“This is what we call smart power. Using every possible tool and partner to advance peace and security. Leaving no one on the sidelines. Showing respect even for one’s enemies. Trying to understand, in so far as psychologically possible, empathize with their perspective and point of view. Helping to define the problems, determine the solutions. That is what we believe in the 21st century will change — change the prospects for peace.”

Last year, in 2015, Obama spewed out this line…

“Efforts to counter violent extremism will only succeed if citizens can address legitimate grievances through the democratic process and express themselves through strong civil societies.”

And it was Marie Harf, the propagandist for John Kerry’s State Department who offered up this take on Islamic terrorists…

“We’re killing a lot of them, and we’re going to keep killing more of them. … But we cannot win this war by killing them. We need … to go after the root causes that leads people to join these groups, whether it’s lack of opportunity for jobs or…”

Let’s take these quotes from last to first shall we?

Jobs. Marie Harf indicates that Islamic 7^th century barbarians would act civilized if only they had…jobs. It seems to Harf, and because she propagandizes for  John Kerry perhaps it also seems to Kerry, that if only Islamic terrorists had job opportunities they would all just settle down and everything would be okay.

You know…a job…something that an Islamic 7^th century barbarian could do, perhaps vocationally, perhaps professionally, maybe even at an entry level position in order to make some money so as to feel some sense of self-worth. Of course, there are some jobs Islamic terrorists WON’T do, like working in a bacon factory or, as we all know, driving a beer truck, but there do have to be some jobs out there that your garden variety, 7^th century barbarian is perfectly suited for…

Like beheading infidels, or lighting them on fire, or drowning them or blowing them up in markets, on trains or in airports. Those seem to be perfect jobs for Islamists. There’s also shooting innocent people at concert venues, at a magazine offices, at company Christmas parties or just about anywhere else infidels meet, and let’s not forget the possibility of Islamists becoming airline pilots.

Now before you start to thinking there isn’t really any money in these lines of work, think again. Iran is offering $7,000 to the families of slain 7^th century barbarians if they are killed by civilized people in the course of doing their jobs, and they’re offering $30,000 to any terrorist’s family who gets their house flattened in reprisal for a terrorist act. Yes, I realize that is more somewhere between a life insurance policy and a pension but still…it is a job-related bonus if you will, so it seems to me like these Islamic terrorists already HAVE jobs and therefore, unemployment probably isn’t the cause of their behavioral issues.

Next up is Obama’s call for addressing the “legitimate grievances” of these 7^th century barbarians so, let’s have a look AT those grievances shall we?

Islamic terrorists seem to have a burr in their diapers over little things like…people whose countries allow freedom. They just don’t seem to agree with those who subscribe to actual religions over their 7^th century ideology of hate, death and destruction. Islamists, it would appear, don’t particularly care for independent women, and it also seems as though your average 7^th century barbarian on the street is somewhat testy regarding things like…women who want to choose who they marry, certain cartoons, people who don’t go around yelling ALLAHU AKBAR every time a camel or a goat breaks wind and the occasional Torah-toter…just to name a few.

Their solution to these and other such grievances? Simply kill everybody with whom they HAVE a grievance, and of course, wipe all the Torah-toters off the face of the planet. Obama’s solution to the grievances of 7^th century barbarians? Addressing them through some sort of “democratic process” which one can only guess means…to take a vote on them.

Call me a nut but…I don’t view hatred, to the point of murder against any and all who refuse to submit to a 7^th century manifesto that insists on death and destruction of anyone who doesn’t agree to put their head down at the east end of an area rug with their ass up in the air at the west end of it five times a day, and take up the subjugating of women, honor killings, beheadings, genocide, mass murder, aloha salad barring everything that walks, talks, sneezes or farts and strapping oneself with explosives for a bus ride to the local market to be…LEGITIMATE grievances, and my vote, in the democratic process, would not just be a no, but an OH, HELL NO.

Let’s move on to Hillary’s call for empathy.

Hillary says that using “smart power,” by empathizing with these barbaric bastards and seeing their point of view will “change the prospects for peace.”

Oh really?

We’re all supposed to empathize with mass murderers who flew planes into buildings for the expressed purpose of killing 3000 innocent people? We’re all supposed to empathize with barbarians who behead journalists and anyone else who doesn’t see things from their perspective that they can get their hands on? We’re all supposed to empathize with the scum of the earth who lock people in steel cages and light them on fire?

We are all supposed to empathize with a culture hell-bent on GENOCIDE???

According to this disgusting waste of a pantsuit, we’re all supposed to just try, really try, to see things from the point of view of the worst of all humanity, and empathize with them, and THAT will further the prospects for PEACE? EMPATHIZING with MASS MURDERING, GENOCIDAL MANIACS is the pathway to PEACE???

You’ll just have to excuse me if I see that strategy as a fast track straight to hell rather than a pathway to peace and the fact that Hillary advocates for it and I don’t, I believe says quite a bit about both our psychological profiles. In a special note to Marie Harf…Hillary DID give the terrorists jobs…as SECURITY personnel in Benghazi and just for the record…they didn’t seem to appreciate it much.

And that leaves us with Mark Zuckerberg and his solution to the pesky problem of Islamic terrorism…love.

In Zuckerberg’s world, Islamic terrorists just don’t feel loved and cared for enough, and that is why they have genocidal tendencies. If we would only work to build a world of love, perhaps with some peace and tie dye tossed in for good measure, the Islamic terrorists would calm right down.

May I point out that Obama has already been employing this strategy as he has turned Gitmo into a no-kill shelter for stray Islamic terrorists. Our military, under Obama, goes about the business of taking in these strays and transporting them to Gitmo where they all get a bath and a flea-dip, fed, watered…sometimes with a board…and housed in a place replete with a field where they can run and play until some Islamic nation agrees to adopt them, but for some reason, once at what is supposed to be their forever home, the fur parents just let them run loose and the little curs just go right back to biting the hand that fed them.

Now, in Paris, there was a gathering of folks who were sharing their love of music and what happened? In San Bernardino, there was a gathering of folks who were sharing the love of Christmas at a company party…and what happened? In Brussels, people were getting ready to fly somewhere to see loved ones and others were perhaps returning home on the train to their loved ones and what happened. In Pakistan, on Easter morning…a morning of love in the world of Christianity…what happened?

In fact, streets, buildings, offices, venues, homes, villages, towns and cities are littered with the bodies of loving people whose lives were ended by sub-human life-forms who just couldn’t give a happy crap about love.

But, I thought I give it a try for myself, just to test Zuckerberg’s theory and a couple of evenings ago, I spotted an Islamist woman sitting on the curb in front of a house just down the block from my own, and considering Zuckerberg’s call for love, I decided to act. I approached, slowly, so as not to frighten the woman, I made no quick movements that could have been construed as threatening, uttered a subdued “good evening” and then gently bent down and gently gave the woman a hug.

The guy on the front porch immediately asked me what I was doing…with his garbage bag…and while it was an honest mistake, I’ll now have to find a different route when walking my dog but that’s not really the point now, is it?

The POINT is…7^th century barbaric Islamic terrorists aren’t interested in LOVE. What THEY’RE looking for is WORLD DOMINATION  or the GENOCIDE of all who don’t surrender TO their murderous desires so you can hug all the trash bags  and goat humpers you want but it’s not going to alter the reality of the situation.

Here’s MY solution…rebuild our military and lock and load them with rules of engagement diametrically opposed to a psychologist’s handbook, gather up the Muslims who are as sick and damned tired of the Islamists as we are, and set forth around the world to put a permanent end to the 7^th century barbarians whose ideology is one of hate, death and destruction as decisively as possible, and empathize with the families of the victims rather than with the perpetrators of genocide.

Or, you can take your chances with hugging a terrorist but that just never seems to end well…does it?

My fellow Patriots…

Today, I would like to insert a bit of common sense into two seemingly divergent topics recently brought to our attention in the oddest of ways.

Trust me, this needs to be addressed in the most serious way I know how and address it I will.

The topics at hand are the religion of global warming, its splinter sect, the religion of climate change and the ever-so-popular religion of peace.

While these two cults wouldn’t seem to have anything to do with one another, I assure you all that the two do indeed intersect and that intersection can be found somewhere between the empty head of one, John Kerry and his southernmost orifice in which the former resides.

According to John “Lurch” Kerry…

Air conditioners, and refrigerators are as dangerous as ISIS.

Here’s what he said…

“As we were working together on the challenge of [ISIS] and terrorism. It’s hard for some people to grasp it, but what we–you–are doing here right now is of equal importance because it has the ability to literally save life on the planet itself.”

“The use of hydrofluorocarbons is unfortunately growing. Already, the HFCs use in refrigerators, air conditioners, and other items are emitting an entire gigaton of carbon dioxide-equivalent pollution into the atmosphere annually. Now, if that sounds like a lot, my friends, it’s because it is. It’s the equivalent to emissions from nearly 300 coal-fired power plants every single year.”

So according to the poster boy for cranial-rectal disease…stopping the use of appliances that cool the air and chill our food is “of equal importance” to finding a way to stop ISIS. That means, despite what Snopes says, John Kerry did indeed tell the world, from Vienna, that our fridges and air conditioners are as dangerous as ISIS.

Here comes the common sense that liberals just can’t seem to grasp…

My air conditioner has never beheaded anyone.

My air conditioner, and I would hazard to believe that your air conditioner, has never locked people in a cage and set them on fire.

Neither my nor your refrigerator has ever, not even once, expressed a deep desire to commit genocide, never once declared jihad or issued a fatwa nor have either our fridges or air conditioners ever stoned anyone, demanded the death of an oven (the natural enemy of cold air appliances) or flown a jet into a tower.

Remember those events in San Bernardino, in Paris, in Nice and in Orlando…not to mention the thousands of other such events around the globe over the last few decades if not over the past 1,400 years? Those weren’t HVAC attacks…those were Islamic terrorist attacks.

Liberals will tell you that humans, and for that matter, pre-humans lived for millions of years without air conditioners or refrigerators and they would be correct. What they won’t tell you is that for millions of years, human and pre-human life expectancy was somewhere around 35 years.

Refrigeration, be it for keeping food or for comfort began around 1100bc in China. We also know that snow and ice were carted by donkeys (the animals, not liberals) from the Alps to the Roman Emperors back in the day and as a result, human lifespans began to increase.

By the 1920’s and 1930’s, refrigerators started popping up in people’s homes thus providing a way to keep food from spoiling as fast and it did before which kept people from getting sick from such staples as eggs, milk and meats that had turned on them.

As for air conditioning…that too began in ancient times when the Egyptians of old hung reeds in their windows and moistened them with trickling water. As the winds blew through the wet reeds…presto…cooling. Today we call those devices evap coolers or swamp coolers.

In the 2^nd century, Ding Haun invented a manually powered rotary fan for the Chinese imperial palace which blew across blocks of ice. In the 17^th century, Cornelis Drebbel added salt to the water of an evap styled system and demonstrated “turning summer into winter” to England’s King James 1^st.

The modern air conditioner was invented in 1902 by Willis Carrier and little by little, while eating unspoiled food and going inside to cool off on a hot day, people started living longer but liberals will jump up and down while telling you that it was medical advancements that led to longer lifespans…and again they would be correct but what they won’t tell you is that medical advancements, a good many of them, relied on…refrigeration.

For the love of God…I suspect the salad crisper alone has added better than a year to the average human life and were it not for the fridge itself, there would be no salad crispers to be had.

Islamists, on the other hand, have been devoted to ending human life for the past 1,400 years.

Islamists, the ilk of ISIS, don’t really care that you can squeeze an extra week past the eat by date from your eggs or that you sit in the comfort of your home or car without sweating like a pig throughout the summer months…if you don’t ascribe to their cult…they want you dead which is pretty much what the liberals think regarding those of us who view “climate change” as the weather and believe that it is the sun, and not our appliances, that dictate our world’s climate.

Here, I will speak only for myself although I suspect I also speak for the majority of Patriots…

I trust my air conditioner, and my fridge not to go hell-bent on a murderous rampage killing innocent people wherever they gather as dictated to them by a manifesto written by a 7^th century barbarian and I will continue to have both appliances as honored guests in my home. I cannot however, say the same for a member of any of many various Islamic cultists.

Now to be completely fair, while I have the utmost trust in both my air conditioner and my fridge…I am somewhat leery of my toaster…as it never seems to brown my bread the same way twice and I know it is mocking me. I also have issues with the washer and/or the dryer as I seem to be missing individual socks. However, while wearing my miss-matched socks and eating my dubious toast, I am perfectly happy to drink a tall glass of refrigerated milk while relaxing in my air conditioned kitchen as I have never heard a peep from either regarding a caliphate, the levant, destroying Israel and wiping it from the map or world domination forcing non-believers to submit or die.

I can’t, however, say the same of ISIS.

Now then, I am sure that while spewing his nonsense in Vienna, John Kerry arrived in Italy in an air conditioned private jet which spewed tons of carbon into the air between Washington and his destination, drank cold beverages kept in his jet’s refrigerator and enjoyed his posh hotel room’s air conditioned comfort while sitting on his own head.

I am also equally sure that Kerry’s palatial home and vacation homes are replete with both air conditioners and refrigerators and something tells me that his office at the Department of State are also equipped with both such implements of cooling.

In fact, were it not for air conditioning, Hillary Clinton would not have been able to house her private server either in her home or somebody’s bathroom thus providing her some 30,000 emails to delete in order to cover up her illegal and treasonous activities including but not limited to the hiring of Islamists as security in Benghazi which resulted in the murder of 4 Americans.

Furthermore…

The barbarians of the cult of death, destruction and genocide responsible for murderous attacks around the world and here at home did not pledge their allegiance to Maytag, Whirlpool, Trane or Carrier…they pledged their allegiance to ISIS.

The clear and present danger to civilized people everywhere is not from chilled drinks or crisp salads…nor is it from 72 degree room temperatures on a day when it is pushing 100 degrees outdoors in the shade…it is, however, ISIS and their agenda of murdering any and all who don’t join their cult.

Okay…allow me to put this all in a proper perspective that will make liberal’s heads explode…

Toaster fires kill nearly 700 people ever year on average.

Dishwashers, between 2002 and 2009, were responsible for more than 1000 fires and a woman in England slipped on her wet kitchen floor while emptying her dishwasher and fell on a large knife loaded point up causing her death.

As the result of nearly 21,000 fires annually in the United States due to space heaters, an average of 300 people die every year.

Cooking is the cause of nearly 43% of home and over 16% of home fire deaths.

According to the United Nations (of thugs, thieves and despots) however, and by direct comparison, ISIS has murdered 18,800 people over the last 2 years in Iraq alone.

Also, by comparison…

As reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention…”mortality data for 1999–2009 were used to review heat-related deaths in the United States overall. During this period, 7,233 heat-related deaths occurred, an average of 658 per year. In 5,201 (72%) of these deaths, the underlying cause was exposure to excessive heat, and heat was a contributing factor in the remaining 2,032 (28%) deaths. Heat-related deaths were reported most frequently among males (4,955; 69%) and among adults aged ≥65 years (2,621; 36%). Now then, by contrast, to put the finest point possible on it…

ISIS is more likely to kill people by a factor of tens, if not hundreds of thousands of times more than your cooling systems or your refrigerators, because…fresh food and cool air, provided by your refrigerators and/or your air conditioners combined, have killed absolutely nobody…anywhere…ever.

The next time some idiot liberal, like John Kerry, tries to tell you that that your HVAC or your fridge is just as dangerous as ISIS, you can share this article with them, laugh in their collective faces and tell them to shut off their air, unplug their fridge and invite a member of the cult of death, destruction and genocide to move in with them.

There IS, I suspect, a very good reason that the ilk of Obama, so many left wing nut-job celebrities and the always light years to the left of liberal mainstream media has been shedding crocodile tears over the death of Fidel Castro.

CNN called the now dead dictator “magnanimous” and “grandfatherly.”

Absolute idiot, Colin Kaepernick stated that he agreed with Castro’s investing in Cuba’s education system, universal healthcare and wore a Castro shirt to a press conference just days before Castro died.

Steven Spielberg once said, “The best seven hours I ever spent was actually with Fidel Castro.”

In the past, Jack Nicholson called Castro a “genius” and Cuba under Castro, “a paradise.”

Chevy Chase said that Cuba is proof that, “sometimes socialism works.”

Over this past weekend, Barack Hussein Obama stated…

“We know that this moment fills Cubans — in Cuba and in the United States — with powerful emotions, recalling the countless ways in which Fidel Castro altered the course of individual lives, families, and of the Cuban nation. History will record and judge the enormous impact of this singular figure on the people and world around him.”

And the Black Lives Matter organization’s leadership thugs issued a statement saying that they must, “come to the defense of El Comandante” and thanking him for safeguarding Assata Shakur, who’s on the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorists list.

So, given all the facts, and the stark reality of Castro’s murderous reign as Cuba’s dictator, why would these left wing-nuts be praising the dead bastard?

It’s hero worship.

In the media, in Hollywood and from the current occupant of the Oval Office, we have people who long for the day when America is without free elections and the peaceful transfer of power.

From the celebrated left and the liberal power elite, we have those who pine for the day when the government is mandated by a single entity without the constraints of the Constitution and when those who dare to disagree are imprisoned…or worse.

From those liberals…we see the deep yearning for a day when America is transformed forever from a government of, by and for the people…into a government where socialism gives way to pure communism.

In Fidel Castro…such people had a hero. In Castro, they had someone who called freedom “tyranny” and who forced his people to rely solely on the government for their needs.

Regarding Cuba…liberals wallow about in glee over the notion that Castro was able to do what they can only dream of…he did away with capitalism and made everyone but the ruling elite equally poor.

Cuba is the liberal standard of utopia, and Castro…their hero.

This is why, for the past 50 years, liberals in this country have taken over our system of education…to dumb down American youth to the point they no longer understand the concept of freedom from oppression…so that as they grow older, not only will they not know what they have given up, but so that they will happily vote for the “fundamental transformation” of America.

Income inequality?

Castro solved that.

Universal healthcare where only the government decides what care you are entitled to?

Castro solved that.

Censorship to the point that the only acceptable “news” is the propaganda delivered by the government?

Castro solved that too.

This is also why today, we see liberals who are ashamed of the freedoms and liberties of the United States demonizing the American flag and removing it from college campuses.

This is why, for the past several decades, we see liberals demonizing any public depictions of Christianity…manger scenes in the park…Christmas carols in the mall…”Under God” in our Pledge of Allegiance.

Communism dictates that religion is the opiate of, or for the masses and to control the people, religion must be removed. To remove religion, and the hope that religion offers…communism must first make religion so distasteful to the masses that they will willingly toss it to the curb.

Castro’s Communist Party closed churches, nationalized properties owned by religious organizations and forced the faithful underground. Over the decades, Castro’s dictatorship closed more than 400 Catholic schools.

In fact, it wasn’t until 2014 that the Castro dictatorship allowed construction of the first new church since the 1959 revolution.

And what of education under Fidel Castro?

Oh, Castro built schools…lots of them…and provided a free education through college for his people…but just as communist countries everywhere have done…the education system under Castro in Cuba was a propaganda arm of the government meant to indoctrinate students only in the ways of communism and against any notion of freedom and liberty.

Does any of this sound familiar?

It should and why wouldn’t it? These are exactly the things being done by liberals today and exactly the things they’ve tried to do for decades.

But there are differences between Castro’s communism and the liberal agenda…not so much in the desired outcome, but in the means they employ to get to the desired ends.

Liberals in this country, well aware that a hostile takeover, such as the one Castro engineered in 1959, and all the executions that followed it, were out of the question here…as per our right to keep and bear arms giving us the ability to fight back if necessary…but nonetheless, through more covert actions, over a much longer period of time…the desired outcome is the same.

Let me make this point clear…the reason the liberal power elite in our country want to do away with the 2^nd Amendment is because without it, their path toward communism is much more clear, and they will use the criminal elements of our society, the only members OF our society who will be left with guns under their agenda, as tools.

Call it a non-violent coup of sorts.

Don’t think so?

Then explain why today’s liberals use each and every well publicized by their mainstream media event of gun related violence to demand more and more gun control? Why is it, that today’s liberal power elite want gun registrations so badly? So that they will know where every law abiding citizen with a gun lives. Naturally, they don’t give a damn about where the criminals with guns are…they know that only the law abiding will comply and those bent on using guns to commit crimes will force the law abiding to demand the government do something. At least, that’s the agenda plan.

Today’s garden variety liberals on the street are more than happy to go along with the program, which means they’re also more than happy to continue to vote for the very party that is happy to ply them with bribes…with freebies. What the garden variety liberals are too dumbed down to realize, thanks to their government controlled education, is that once the liberal power elite have everything they want from upper class…they will simply start taking what those down the ladder have until Americans, like today’s Cubans, are all equally poor.

Today’s American garden variety liberals are nothing but tools and funny thing about tools…they’re only useful until the job is finished.

Truth doesn’t matter to liberals. Truth didn’t matter to Castro either. Facts don’t matter to liberals. Facts didn’t matter to Castro either. All liberals are interested in are promises. Castro, leading up to his 1959 revolution, made all the promises his people wanted to hear. To liberals, capitalism is evil. Capitalism was evil to Castro. The upper class is evil to liberals. Castro saw the upper class as evil.

Are you starting to get the drift here?

You should, because before he went full-on communist…Fidel Castro was, in fact, a liberal.

That is absolutely correct…Fidel Castro started out in politics as a liberal and so too did Barack Hussein Obama, but that’s not where the strange yet not at all surprising similarities end.

Castro went to the School of Law of the University of Havana.

Obama went to law school at Columbia and Harvard.

Castro surrounded himself with radicals and was fond of the Marxist ideology and Leninism.

Obama said in his book, ‘Dreams of My Father,” “To avoid being mistaken for a sellout, I chose my friends carefully. The more politically active black students. The foreign students. The Chicanos. The Marxist professors and structured feminists and punk-rock performance poets.”

Further… John C. Drew, Ph.D., a former Marxist-Leninist himself, who knew Barack Obama at Occidental College, has said he spent an evening with Obama and a group of Marxist-Leninist friends at a restaurant where they discussed politics and Communist revolution. According to Drew… “He [Obama] was arguing a straightforward Marxist-Leninist class-struggle point of view, which anticipated that there would be a revolution of the working class, led by revolutionaries, who would overthrow the capitalist system and institute a new socialist government that would redistribute the wealth.”

Castro began to dabble in politics.

Obama began to dabble in politics.

Castro organized gangs sought to advance a mixture of romantic goals, political aims, and personal careers.

Obama became a community organizer, agitating crowds of like thinkers with romanticized political goals, and personal careers.

Castro was eventually selected as the Cuban People’s Party candidate for a seat in the House of Representatives from a Havana district in the elections scheduled for June 1952.

Obama became an Illinois state representative and then, a member of the U.S. Senate.

Castro, in 1959, came to power with the support of most Cuban city dwellers on the basis of his promises to restore the 1940 constitution, create an honest administration, reinstate full civil and political liberties, and undertake moderate reforms.

In 2008, Obama came to power with the support of city dwellers, based on promises he made to create the most transparent administration in history, and on the promise of hope and change.

Castro fundamentally transformed Cuba into a communist country.

Obama promised to “fundamentally transform America.”

The comparison between Obama and Castro is clearly more than mere coincidence, as Obama’s mentor was, after all, Frank Marshall Davis…a confirmed communist. Obviously, Obama wanted to become the Fidel Castro of the United States and sought to do so using subterfuge rather than outright murder to accomplish his goal.

So…is it any wonder that leaders around the world, from Obama, to Canada’s Justin Trudeau, to Pope Francis…those who lean so hard to the left that they are indeed socialists, or worse…along with the liberal elite such as a myriad of celebrities who enjoy seeing themselves as more enlightened than just about anyone else (because they play make-believe for e living perhaps?) have spent the better part of the past week singing the praises and lauding the accomplishments of the now dead communist murderer…Fidel Castro?

In a month when Hillary Clinton was disallowed Obama’s 3^rd term…their hero is dead.

Obama’s hero is dead.

And the fundamental transformation of America, into a 3^rd world hell-hole of socialism giving way to communism…is dead.

All that is left now in Cuba, is a fading shadow of Fidel…his brother Raul… who is neither mighty, nor young, and without a socialist in the White House come January 20^th to prop him up.

There are however, still open ended questions.

What do the people of Cuba want? More communism, which has left them and their country in ruins, or a quantum shift in ideology?

What will Putin do now that Fidel is gone and Raul is but a shadow of a now dead era? Will Putin back away, now that Obama is out of power and Cuba is no longer a tool he can use to irritate Obama, or will Putin remain a supplier of military weapons and cash to a failing dictatorship?

And what will Trump do? Will he work to reestablish sanctions thus forcing the Cuban people to take control or will he simply maintain a wary eye on the communist nation with Obama’s newly developed normalization of diplomatic ties there?

One thing is clear…Raul Castro will try to hold on as long as possible but he really isn’t in control of his own destiny…nor has he ever been…as he was nothing more than his bother’s puppet.

While only time will provide answers to these questions…at least you now know why the ilk of Obama, the liberal/socialist power elite and more communist than socialist celebrities along with the mainstream, liberal/socialist propaganda media are all handing out glowing praise for a dead, communist bastard.

Since last November’s election, and especially since the inauguration of Donald Trump as the 45^th President of the United States, liberals far and wide have engaged in a combination of collective violence, and the holding of their breath in various attempts to showcase both their abject stupidity, and their ability to throw a tantrum.

Hollywood celebrities are threatening to not make any more movies until President Trump resigns, as though such a breath-holding tantrum will somehow negate the fact that most Americans who like watching movies, have their own collections and DVD players.

One celebrity says she won’t attend the Oscars, in protest of President Trump. Big deal, as after Meryl Streep’s pitched hissy-fit at the Golden Globes and an entire series of hissy-fits at the SAG awards…

At least half of all Americans won’t even be watching the Oscars and the other half is far too self-absorbed in their own combination of cowardice and hatred to notice she isn’t there.

Women dressed up like their own genitalia, the mainstream media insisting on pissing matches because apparently, crowd size estimates are the biggest problems our country faces in their eyes, and mass resignations from government agencies of left-over Obama minions, as though any of their departures means anything more than that the swamp is draining itself, and all part and parcel of the meltdown of the left.

And then…there was this…

Former Secretary of State, Madeline Albright said that, in some weird mash-up of solidarity with Muslims, and in protest of President Trump’s banning of immigrants from Muslim countries, until we can find some way to verify who they really are, she intends to…”register as a Muslim.”

“I was raised Catholic, became Episcopalian & found out later my family was Jewish. I stand ready to register as Muslim in #solidarity.”

Perhaps, even though she didn’t realize it at the time she uttered such nonsense, she let the cat out of the bag, in that Islam is not a religion, but a political ideology, because Albright apparently isn’t all too bright.

One does not “REGISTER” as a religion. One CONVERTS TO a religion. However…one does REGISTER into a POLITICAL IDEOLOGY. One can register as a Republican, as a democrat, as an Independent or any number of party affiliations…which if we are being completely honest…would include ISLAM, as Islam IS a political entity and NOT a religion.

Don’t you just love it when liberals screw up and actually tell the truth?

Let’s examine, for a moment, this obtuse need for liberals to cry, moan and hold their breaths until Muslims, from countries that want us all dead, are allowed to flow into our cities and towns as they have been so allowed to do in Europe.

Liberals tell us that these are “refuges” and that it is our duty, as Americans, to harbor them.

Refugees from what, exactly? Never ending wars? Oppression? Repression?

And to what political ideology do they ascribe? Islam?

If one reads the Islamic manifesto, the Quran, one sees in black and white that never ending wars, oppression and repression are exactly the hallmarks of, and the very guiding force OF Islam. In fact, those who stray from Islam, are considered BY Islam, to be infidels and therefore, are to be killed…so…either they have absolutely no intention of ever being anything BUT Muslims, regardless of where they live, or we, by providing them sanctuary FROM Islam, are sealing their Islamic fate of death.

It’s our DUTY…as AMERICANS…to ensure that these people all have DEATH SENTENCES on them…because it is somehow the right thing to do? I’m hardly buying that load of crap.

Now ask yourselves this very important question…

Why is it that these Muslims, who have every intention of never being anything BUT Muslims…want to move to other countries that are NOT Muslim countries and immediately start complaining about how OFFENDED they are by a culture that is not THEIR culture?

Why spread out across Europe? Why spread out across America and piss, moan and complain because they are offended, deeply offended by the European and American cultures and the different way of life from that which they are supposedly fleeing?

Why is it that wherever they go, these fleeing Muslim “refugees” all want Sharia law to be the rule of law?

I’ll tell you why, and I’ll make it very simple…

These so-called “refugees” are not seeking asylum…they are seeking conquest…exactly as described in their Islamic manifesto.

All one has to do is take a look at Europe, the now borderless, free-range Muslim sanctuary, to see clearly that the “refugees” who have taken up residence there have absolutely no intention of assimilating into western culture, and if Europe is too far to look, have a gander at Deerborn Michigan and the situation is one and the same.

In their liberal bent toward political correctness, Europe has been tripping all over themselves to welcome in Muslim “refugees,” and then they just can’t seem to figure out why they are having so many problems. Why? Because rather than insist that the Muslims assimilate into the European culture…Europe is tying itself in knots to assimilate itself, against itself, to assimilate into the Muslim culture…which is exactly what the Quran dictates.

Wouldn’t it seem logical, that Muslims, who have no intention of ever being anything but Muslims, would be much happier in Muslim countries, than in western countries whose cultures are diametrically opposed to the culture of the political ideology of Islam? Of course that’s logical, but the problem is two-fold…there is no reason for Muslims to seek the conquest of other Muslim countries…and other Muslim countries aren’t offering them asylum.

Take the so-called Palestinians for example…they are, in fact, Jordanians. They carry Jordanian passports and they also carry Jordanian DNA. Those are simply facts. But where are these so-called “Palestinians” seeking asylum? In ISRAEL…a JEWISH state whose culture is 100% opposite of their own.

Is Jordan offering to take them in?

Nope.

Are the “Palestinians” begging Jordan to take them in?

Nope.

Those so-called “Palestinians” are DEMANDING that ISRAEL give up their land, including the Israeli CAPITOL of Jerusalem so that they, the MUSLIMS can live in a place they absolutely want wiped from the map….so much so that every time Israel makes an offering of land for peace, the Muslims to whom the offer is made respond by lobbing rockets into Israel or by sending in yet another wave of homicide bombers.

Does that sound like a “religion of peace,” or a group tolerant enough of others to assimilate into another culture…or does it sound more like a political ideology hell-bent on conquest?

The “Palestinians are one thing…the Syrians are another thing altogether.

In fact…the 5 wealthiest Muslim counties have not taken in even a single Syrian “refugee.” Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain have not accepted a single Syrian “refugee” and other Muslim countries, that were taking them in, have shut down their borders to the “refuges” from Syria over the past couple of years.

Why is that? Because those countries suggest taking in those whom Trump is trying to ban from coming over here, would open them up to a load of potential terrorists.

That’s why.

While you think that over, allow me to draw the best line of comparison I can…

When you have skin cancer, you have an operation to remove the afflicted area and the best way to avoid getting skin cancer to begin with, is to take the preventative measure of wearing sun screen.

If you have lung cancer, you either have an operation to remove the afflicted tissue or perhaps chemo to eradicate the afflicted tissue and the best way to avoid getting lung cancer to begin with, is to take the preventative measure of either quitting smoking or perhaps never to start smoking to begin with.

What I’m saying, is that you meet the infection head on…you don’t simply call it something it is not, and/or tolerate it in the hope that it will simply quit being a problem.

Islam, along with being a political ideology, is also a cancer infecting the world. Pretending it is something other than what it is, and/or tolerating it will not make it better, it won’t make it go away nor will it even maintain the status quo. Like other forms of cancer, Islam needs to be surgically removed, eradicated and steps must be taken to prevent its return.

If the countries from where these “refugees” migrate from don’t know who they are, or where they came from originally…how are we supposed to know? How are we to know their intentions? We can’t, and we don’t. Therefore, the sensible preventative measure is not to let them come into our country to begin with.

Let’s say you’re sitting at a table and on that table are 100 buttons. Pressing the wrong one or two buttons might kill you. Pressing the wrong one or two buttons might kill someone you care very much about, or pressing all of the buttons might not do anything at all. You have no idea which button are do-nothing buttons, or which are the killer buttons, but you do have options. You can start pressing buttons, in which case, you must press ALL the buttons and take the risk to yourself or someone you care about…or you can simply walk away from the table without pressing any of the buttons until there is a way to verify which buttons do nothing, and which will result in death.

What is the logical thing to do?

Admittedly, there is no 100%, surefire way to ensure that there will never be another 9/11 on U.S. soil, or another one-off lone Islamic gunman bent on murdering as many innocent Americans as possible…but why temp fate when we don’t have to? Why open the door and potentially invite the next 9/11 or lone wolf attacker in? Until those wanting to come over here, from wherever over there happens to be, can be properly vetted…until we know who they are and can have a reasonable idea of their intentions, based on past activity or behavior in combination with their past and current connections…it is better to keep them all out, than to let any of them in.

The first step in repelling any invasion, is closing the door.

The Quran dictates to its followers…to migrate to other lands, to spread Islam in those other lands, to kill those who do not submit to Islam, to kill the Jews wherever they are found, to overwhelm non-Muslim countries and to conquer them.

Does that sound like a religion?

Does that sound peaceful?

Does that sound tolerant of the cultures of others?

Or does it sound like a political ideology? Does it sound like a demand for never ending war?

Does it sound completely intolerant of others and their various cultures?

Last week, one Mustafa Carroll…the Director of the Dallas Council on American- Islamic Relations (CAIR), had this to say regarding Muslims and their Sharia law…“If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land.”  In our country, the law of the land is the Constitution, and the Director of the Dallas…not the Director in some other country…the Director of the DALLAS TEXAS CAIR branch said that Muslims, and that SHARIA law are ABOVE the law of the land…above the Constitution.

In case you weren’t aware…CAIR exists in FBI files as being directly related to HAMAS and the UAE has had CAIR on their list of terrorist groups since 2014. In fact, even Saudi Arabia has listed the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization and the Muslim Brotherhood and HAMAS are basically one and the same.

Ryan Mauro, a national security analyst for the Clarion Project, stated that…“Federal prosecutors have explicitly named CAIR and MAS as Muslim Brotherhood entities, yet the UAE is expressing more public concern about this than the U.S. does.” MAS is the Muslim American Society.

Notice also that he says “practicing Muslims,” because in Islam, there are ONLY practicing Muslims, or you simply are not a Muslim at all…meaning that there are no moderate Muslims…an echo of the words of Turkey’s leader who, several years ago, had this to say regarding the term, “moderate Muslims”… ˜These descriptions are very ugly, it is offensive and an insult to our religion. There is no moderate or immoderate Islam. Islam is Islam and that’s it.”

So…that’s it…Islam is Islam and Muslims are above the law of the land…only held to the standards of a 7^th century, barbaric manifesto called the Quran.

The following is a video of Sharia in action…the law of Islam…the law of Muslims that according to Islam, takes precedence over any other law in any other land…but I warn you, it is very disturbing. Note too that the woman in this video was later found innocent of the charges brought against her by this mob of Sharia practicing Islamists.

Now, bear in mind that all those Muslim “refugees” that liberals want imported into our Muslims in our cities and towns BELIEVE that THEIR law…Sharia law…is ABOVE our laws and they believe that they can do HERE…what they do in their own Muslim, Islamist countries. Also bear in mind that THEIR law, Sharia law, dictates to them that they KILL those who don’t submit to Islam.

It is also important to point out that Muslims do not fear or respect our laws or punishments as they ONLY have to respect Sharia law and suffering our punishments for breaking our laws is seen by them as martyrdom to their ideology.

To put a fine point on it, these “refugees” are nothing less than an invading force that believes they are above our laws…that our laws simply do not apply to them, and they have absolutely no intention of assimilating into our society, or into our culture. Rather, they have every intention of forcing their culture…a culture born of a 7^th century barbarian…onto us because “Islam is Islam and that’s it,” and because, …“If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land.”

Finally…Islam has been at war with the civilized world for nearly 1,500 years and they are now achieving unprecedented success due to the western world’s politically correct tolerance of their barbaric desire for world conquest. In other words, we have them right where they want us. Here’s a bit of breaking news…you can’t win the hearts and minds of heartless, mindless barbarians and it is folly to try.

It is high time to quit the nonsense…to stop tolerating those who want us all dead…and to take steps to eradicate the cancer. Until we can vet them, and verify their backgrounds…until their own Muslim countries show a willingness to take in their own so-called “refugees” and until they demonstrate decades of willingness to assimilate into the cultures of other countries…

We must close the proverbial door, and say…no more.

“A disgraceful verdict in the Kate Steinle case! No wonder the people of our Country are so angry with Illegal Immigration.” – President Donald Trump

He was knowingly here illegally, in fact he had already been deported five times before and yet he always did manage to return. And it was during his sixth and last return that this illegal alien murdered an innocent 32-year old woman in the prime of her life…and so Kate Steinle became the rallying cry for all that is so very wrong with our immigration system.

Jose Ines Garcia Zarate…aka Juan Francisco Lopes-Sanchez…an illegal Mexican with a lengthy felony record…was found ‘not guilty’ of murdering Kate Steinle by a San Francisco jury of six men and six women. Not guilty of murder in the first degree nor in the second degree, Zarate was also acquitted of involuntary manslaughter with the sole guilty charge leveled against him being the much lesser charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

In other words, Kate Steinle’s killer basically walks free…free after he is once again deported back to Mexico…while there is no justice for the the innocent girl killed nor for her parents who now live a life of hell no parent should ever be forced to live…a life knowing their daughter’s death took a backseat to the life of a piece of human garbage whose mere existence in our country was against our laws.

By now we all know the story of how Kate Steinle was killed on July 1, 2015, while lazily walking along a San Francisco pier with her dad enjoying the hot summer day…and how a shot rang out seeing Kate dropping to the ground, being cradled in her dad’s arms with her last words spoken, “help me dad.” Shot in the back by what this jury deemed was an accidental shooting that was anything but, the jury was charged with deciding whether Zarate intentionally and willfully fired the single shot that killed Kate Steinle or whether it was as the defense claimed ‘unintentional’…a freak accident…after Zarate found the gun wrapped in a cloth under his seat at the pier, that it accidentally discharged with the bullet ricocheting off of the concrete surface and into Steinle’s back.

So while this scenario was deemed plausible to the jury…plausible enough to find Zarate ‘not guilty’…it might have resulted in a vastly different verdict if the jury in Judge Samuel Feng’s courtroom had been allowed to hear that the gun had been stolen just four days before the killing from the parked car of a visiting Bureau of Land Management ranger. And while even the prosecution agreed that there was no evidence linking Zarate to that particular robbery, sometimes no evidence is evidence in and of itself especially when also kept from the jury was the fact that Zarate had been deported five times before, and that in 2015 he was scheduled for a sixth deportation having then been in federal custody for felony ‘re-entry.’

But instead of their deporting him when they had the chance, federal authorities sent Zarate to San Francisco on a 20-year-old drug warrant for possession of a small amount of marijuana, where San Francisco prosecutors dropped the charge and the sheriff’s department let him go…let him go despite a federal detainer request.

Two months after the charges were dropped Kate Steinle lay dead.

And it was only after the ‘not guilty’ verdict had been reached that an amended federal arrest warrant was reissued for Zarate…a warrant stating that he did indeed violate his court mandated supervised release on a previous federal sentence for illegally re-entering our country now being coupled with his being a convicted felon possessing the gun that killed Kate Steinle.

But no matter, because with just a three or so year sentence as per current sentence guidelines, and with factoring in ‘time served,’ Zarate could see himself being deported back to Mexico within less than year’s time…deported back as he plots and plans how to re-enter for the seventh time, while Kate Stenle remains dead.

A true miscarriage of justice unseen since the OJ Simpson verdict back in the ’90’s, this nightmare stems directly from San Francisco being a sanctuary city in the now sanctuary state of California, and with local sanctuary city laws stating that local law enforcement do not have to hold an individual beyond the term of their incarceration. And so San Francisco decided back in 2015 not to honor any federal ICE detainer requests, that is unless a detainee is proven to have had committed a violent or serious felony within the past seven years…and this continues today.

And with her death Kate Steinle truly did become ground zero for the nightmare scenario that is sanctuary cities…which by the way is not a legal term…replete with said city’s policies hindering local authorities from cooperating with federal immigration agents. Remember, if those policies had not been in place Zarate would have been turned over to ICE back in the spring of 2015, and Kate Steinle would be alive today.

“A day of vindication for the rest of immigrants,” so said Zarate’s defense attorney Francisco Ugarte yet this verdict is anything but as the backlash against illegals and sanctuary cities grows stronger by the day…and might we add rightfully so for two simple truths are that Zarate was not supposed to be here and yet he was, and that our existing immigration laws were passed to protect American citizens not to protect illegal criminal aliens.

So what exactly are sanctuary cities…which is not a new concept but has been around since Biblical times…besides being breeding grounds for those wishing to do Americans harm while at the same time being a place where criminals relish in raking in the benefits this country has to offer. A federally funded safe haven, sanctuary cities limit their cooperation with the federal government in order to help illegals avoid deportation by ICE agents…and if truth be told also to help increase the Democrats voting roster.

And while President Trump wants to pull said federal funding for cities that refuse to comply with ICE deportation requests, many sanctuary cities are fighting back against a cut in funding while they await a federal court ruling against the legality of withholding such funding. And to give you an idea of just how much funding these cities would loose, know that in Fiscal Year 2016 alone Obama sent $26.74 billion in federal funding to America’s 106 sanctuary cities… funding they desperately needed to feed, house, cloth, and educate those who came to our country illegally…those who are criminals by their very act of doing so. And know that during the entirety of the Obama years illegal immigration cost we state taxpayers $89 billion with the feds adding in another $46 billion, bringing the total to fund sanctuary cities up to a whopping $135 billion…monies that should have been spent on American citizens instead.

Now here’s something most don’t know…sometimes sanctuary cities aren’t just cities per se. In fact, across America, there are over 300 governmental jurisdictions claiming sanctuary status including 106 actual cities, four states (California, Connecticut, New Mexico, and Colorado), and with the rest being counties or other units of government. But their joint commonality is that all have officially enacted sanctuary policies, with most refusing to honor ICE detainers warrants.

Thankfully, on January 25, 2017 President Trump signed Executive Order 13768 directing the Secretary of Homeland Security and Attorney General Jeff Sessions to defund sanctuary jurisdictions that refuse to comply with federal immigration law. So while at least 33 states have considered enacting such laws to crack down on sanctuary cities, Georgia, Indiana, Mississippi, and Texas have already passed laws that punish local governments that enact policies that protect and shelter illegals.

In fact, Indiana Rep. Todd Rokita recently introduced a bill that could hold what he calls “lawless” state and local politicians and officials accountable with criminal penalties if they choose to obstruct federal immigration authority efforts. Specifically targeting sanctuary cities, H.R. 4526…the Stopping Lawless Actions of Politicians (SLAP) Act…could see any and all violators facing up to five years of prison time and a fine of up to $1 million for willfully ignoring the federal government’s requests for custody of undocumented individuals. It’s a start…a very good start indeed.

And with other states and elected officials now planning to jump on the anti-sanctuary city bandwagon, a war of words has started as those in favor of sanctuary cities and the policies surrounding them claim said cities are being made safer because they foster positive relationships between illegals and law enforcement; that they are legal and protected by the tenth amendment* (re: separation of federal and state powers); and that said cities protect what they call ‘undocumented immigrants’ from federal immigration laws. Countering them are those who say sanctuary city policies allow dangerous and violent illegal aliens the ability to roam free to threaten the safety of both their communities and law-abiding American citizens; that said cities defy federal laws by which state and local governments are bound as per 8 U.S. Code § 1373**; and that these cities prevent both local and state police officers from doing their jobs.

And the opposition to sanctuary cities is rightfully growing in numbers by the day not only because of the miscarriage of justice regarding the Kate Steinle verdict; not only because thousands of Americans die each year at the hands of illegals; but also because the hypocrisy of the left is now on full display for all to see as their ad-nauseum call for more gun control has been drowned out by their silence because one of their protected sorts basically got off scot-free.

In the wake of the Kate Steinle murder verdict, while liberals continue to do everything possible, to both harbor and protect those who simply by setting foot in our country illegally, are criminals, in sanctuary cities and in sanctuary states, one thing is quite conspicuous in its abject silence…liberal calls for gun control.

How exactly does the liberal gun control agenda fit into all of this? Simply put, it doesn’t.

In this case, and in others that we’ve both seen, and will see as time marches on and the illegal alien flood into sanctuary cities and states continues, a criminal, as cited above, who was also a felon, deported five times and being protected by the liberal agenda, stole a gun, was a felon in possession of a gun, and used that gun in the commission of yet another felony…the murder of Kate Steinle…was acquitted of the charges by a liberal jury, and yet, not a word concerning their gun control agenda.

To be perfectly frank, and brutally politically direct about this, had the killer of Kate Steinle been anything but a protected class non-citizen, the outcry from the left for more gun control would be deafening.

As it is, the silence is now what’s deafening, and that places the spotlight squarely upon liberal hypocrisy.

To be fair, no amount of gun control would have kept Kate Steinle alive, so it is not at all that we’re preaching gun control here. The facts regarding liberal gun control are more than evident in Chicago, a bastion of liberalism with the strictest anti-gun laws in the nation now sporting 3,382 shootings with 587 people killed in those shootings in 2017, and the year isn’t over yet.

Such figures also put the spotlight on yet another of liberalism’s many hypocritical failures in that the vast majority of the shootings and resulting murders in the gun-free, target-rich zone of Chicago, are crimes committed by blacks, against blacks.

Just as illegal aliens are considered the sole purview of liberals, so too is the black community, and yet black on black crime, which is culpable in some 93 percent of all black murders in this country, as per FBI statistics, never raises so much as a liberal eyebrow, much less a liberal outcry.

If you need more proof of the hypocritical double standard regarding Kate Steinle and liberal demands for gun control, or in this case, their lack of such demands, look no further than Barack Hussein Obama who, since the murder of Steinle in 2015 by an illegal alien with a string of felonies and deportations glued to him, has remained silent regarding the crime, the victim and for that matter, the killer.

When Michael Brown, for instance, a thug and a thief, was shot by a police officer in the process of attacking that officer, Obama spoke out within three days, demanded more gun control, ordered an investigation by the DOJ into the justified shooting and sent his representatives to the dead thug’s funeral.

Has Obama spoken out in regards to Kate Steinle? No. Has he spoken out calling for gun control using the killing of Steinle as his platform? No. Has Obama uttered even a single word against the illegal alien and felon, 5 times deported who murdered Kate Steinle? No, no he has not.

And what of Nancy Pelosi, in whose backyard, if not her front yard this murder took place?

Well, Nancy Pelosi did, in fact, issue one singular call for more gun control exactly one week after the murder of Kate Steinle, stating, “Last week, in San Francisco, our city suffered our own senseless act of gun violence with the killing of Kathryn Steinle, and our thoughts and prayers are very much with her family. Today, we must do more as a nation to prevent dangerous people from getting easy access to guns. And Congress has a moral responsibility to act. What is so unclear? What do they not understand about that? The memory of these victims, the cries of their families deserve action – results, not words.”

Since that rather obtuse statement, Pelosi has been conspicuously quite, as though the liberal elite shut her down because the illegal alien was somehow a more protected class than an American citizen, but notice a very important aspect of Pelosi’s statement… “we must do more as a nation to prevent dangerous people from getting easy access to guns. And Congress has a moral responsibility to act. What is so unclear? What do they not understand about that?”

Let’s be clear here, in that it wasn’t the gun that killed Kate Steinle, it was, in fact, the illegal alien, who had been deported five times already, had a string of felonies attached to him, and was, not least of all, living in a sanctuary city…her sanctuary city to be exact.

Gun control was what Pelosi was preaching a week after Steinle was murdered…not illegal alien control, and why do you suppose that was? Because guns can’t vote, and because California issues driver’s licenses, and registers illegal aliens to do just that…vote.

On January 1^st, 2015, California’s AB 60 law went into effect, and illegal aliens flooded DMV locations to take full advantage, getting driver’s licenses. Couple that with yet another California law, AB 1461 which is a motor-voter law that registers holders of a California driver’s license to vote, and you have the perfect liberal storm…illegal aliens with voter registration forms.

In the state of California today, there are some 800,000 illegal aliens who because of the combination of the two laws, have been registered to vote, and while it’s illegal for them to cast a vote, the laws have no teeth. In fact, it’s up to the illegal…those who have broken the law by being in this country to begin with…to police themselves, and not vote.

Illegal aliens, in California, are on the honor system when it comes to voting, and to be once again perfectly frank, the honor system becomes an abject failure when it is left to those who do not honor our nation’s laws, to suddenly show honor for our nation’s laws.

According to Claude Arnold, a former Special Agent in Charge for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations in Southern California, as well as in the states of Nevada, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota, “Throughout my 27-year career with [Immigration and Naturalization Service] and ICE, I arrested hundreds of illegal criminal aliens who had voter registration cards. They would often admit they voted, but they were rarely prosecuted for illegally voting.”

Putting a finer point on it, Arnold stated that of the hundreds of illegal aliens he has personally arrested over the years, who were registered to vote, only once was an illegal alien registered as a Republican. All the rest, he said, were registered as democrats.

Let’s now put this into context with the Kate Steinle murder, and Nancy Pelosi’s statement…Pelosi called for gun control after Steinle’s murder, and not for illegal alien control…because guns don’t vote, and illegal aliens do.

In the liberal world, guns are not a voting bloc, so liberals can, and do call for all the laws they want for the purpose of banning guns, and this is exactly why you don’t hear them begging for, or demanding laws to ban illegal aliens from flooding into our country, of holing up in liberal controlled sanctuary cities or states.

It’s not that liberals just don’t know where the true responsibility lies for the murder of Kate Steinle…it’s that they absolutely do know…and simply don’t give a damn.

Sanctuary cities, and sanctuary states, set up by liberals as safe havens for criminals for no other purpose than to protect an illegal voting bloc have no place in a nation of laws…no place in our Constitutional Republic. Such cities and states should be defunded from federal assistance dollars, paid by legal citizens, so that liberals can flaunt the laws of the land.

Further, to diminish the future possibilities of more parents having to bury their children, or children having to bury their parents because of the actions of those who shouldn’t even be here in the first place, stricter border enforcement, a wall, and harsher penalties for those who commit crimes while in this country illegally must be adopted, and used.

It’s not an abundance of guns that caused the murder of Kate Steinle, it is the absence of a wall that was a direct contributor in the equation, and a liberal agenda that aided and abetted in Miss Steinle’s murder.

To quote Nancy Pelosi… What is so unclear? What do they not understand about that?”

What transpired over the past two weeks, with regard to the nomination process of a Supreme Court Justice, was vile, beneath contempt and well beyond the pale.

President Donald Trump had nominated a Judge with an impeccable judicial record for the position. Judge Brett Kavanaugh had already passed, without so much as a single red flag, six federal background checks throughout his career.

One of those federal background checks actually allowed him access to our nation’s nuclear codes and you can bet had anything even a little off been discovered in such a deep and complete background check, Kavanaugh would have never held any further federal position, and certainly would never have eventually found himself in a position to become a Supreme Court nominee.

The American Bar Association gave Judge Kavanaugh its absolute highest ranking based on everything from his rulings, decisions, writings and his demeanor.

While there will always be differences in the way liberals and Conservatives…

Democrats and Republicans think about judicial policies, and the role of Judges in our judicial system…Judge Kavanaugh, as an Originalist, and as a Constitutionalist is the epitome of the sort of Justice Americans deserve to have on the highest court in the land, and exactly the sort of Justice our Founders and Framers envisioned.

Throughout the initial confirmation process, Judge Kavanaugh became the most thoroughly vetted nominee in American history. He spent more time being questioned both in hearings and in private by the Senate than any other Supreme Court nominee in American history. He answered more written questions than any Supreme Court nominee in American history.

In Fact…more was asked of Judge Kavanaugh, and more was given by Judge Kavanaugh that all other Supreme Court nominees in American history…combined.

Two weeks ago, before the Senate Judiciary Committee…before the U.S. Senate and before the American public sat a man without a shadow of a hint of an iota of a blemish on his record…either professional or personal…yet the seething, abject hatred of liberals, both elected and on the street could not, would not allow them to see such an astute Judge as Kavanaugh become the next United States Supreme Court Justice.

Knowing there was absolutely no way to impugn Kavanaugh’s judicial record, or for that matter, his professional record, liberals dug deep into their playbook and launched the most vile…the most dirty and disgusting attack on Kavanaugh’s personal life.

An anti-Trump liberal from California sent a letter to liberal Senator Diane Feinstein which contained vile allegations against Judge Kavanaugh that were 36 years old…dating back to his days in high school. The letter was full of holes, lacked any corroboration whatsoever, and offered absolutely no evidence that what was alleged to have happened actually happened. The author of that letter asked that it be kept confidential.

Just two days before a confirmation vote by the full Senate, that letter somehow found its way to the New York Times and the attempted assassination of a good man’s character was launched. Naturally, liberal media grabbed the baseless allegations and ran with them 24 hours a day. Within hours of the baseless allegations being published by the Times, liberals in the street seized upon the mainstream media generated and stoked story and turned baseless allegations into fake facts while more liberals wanting to share the vile spotlight jumped onto the bandwagon making further…baseless allegations that were also picked up by the mainstream media and reported as facts.

The allegations, as baseless as they were, never purported to label Kavanaugh as a rapist, but liberals across the nation attached that label to Judge Kavanaugh while elected liberals did nothing to stop it, thus condoning the vile, false label with their abject silence.

It was exactly what the liberal elected elite wanted…a smear beyond all smears…a lie told loud enough to be believed by their angry mobs and believed to be true by those blinded by their own hatred and desperation.

The allegations were lies…the liberal elected elite knew the allegations were lies…liberals in the street who operate from mob mentality didn’t care whether the allegations were lies…and the liberal mainstream media arsonists continued to throw gasoline on the fire they had started just to gleefully watch it burn.

After eight years of Obama tearing our nation down, after eight years of Obama turning the “shining light on the hill” into the last faint flickers of a candle in the wind, after years…decades of trying to stack our judicial system with liberal, activist judges who would legislate the liberal agenda from the bench…liberals could not…would not abide a second nominee to the high court from President Trump who would place the sort of value on Constitutional law as does Justice Neil Gorsuch, or would a Justice Kavanaugh.

Liberals overplayed their hand. They opened their playbook out of desperation thinking that if they threw everything they had, all their vileness and all of their hatred at Kavanaugh, even if it meant exposing their tactics, it would be worth it as they clung to the final thread on the last straw of their failing, and failed agenda.

Liberals, from the elected elite, to the mainstream media arsonists, to the angry mobs in the streets and on social media were more than willing to scrap the rule of law, eliminate the presumption of innocence and subvert the bedrock of our nation’s judicial system to destroy a damn good man, an impeccable jurist and ruin not only his life but the lives of his family out of shear, unbridled hatred over seeing their agenda, hell bent on fundamentally transforming America from a Constitutional Republic into a socialist hell-hole unraveling before eyes.

Thank God President Trump had the backbone not to pull Kavanaugh’s nomination, and thank God Kavanaugh had the backbone not to cave under the staggering pressure exerted against him by hate-filled mobs being spurred on by hate-filled elected liberals and their arsonist media propagandists.

Thank God too for those members of the Senate who, while we Conservatives have had issues regarding their reliability to act and legislate as true Conservatives, stepped up and showed their backbones not when we, as Conservatives needed them to…but when our nation needed them to.

Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, Jeff Flake, and Susan Collins among others, saw through the liberal hatred, and despite their own differences with President Trump, were able to put that aside and take the sort of stand, not that served the current Conservative political agenda…but rather served the agenda of our Founders and Framers, the Constitution and the rule of law demanded by the principles upon which our nation was founded.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh survived the attempted character assassination and although neither he nor his family will recover quickly from the hate fueled wounds they received, nor will their scars, inflicted by vileness disappear completely…it was our nation that dodged the bullet.

As we Conservatives and Republicans take a moment to bask in the glow of a Supreme Court victory, we must take care not to consider the battle won. We must learn the lesson from this that we are but one election away from losing it all, and we must take care to realize just how close we just came to having this great country run not by the rule of law…but by mob rule.

I don’t know how history will treat this moment, because I don’t know what the future holds but I do know this…

Our future, and the future of our nation does not hinge upon those we elect, but upon those of us who elect them. If we view this moment as a victory flag, and expect those we have elected to protect the principles of our nation from this point forward we will lose it all. However, if we treat this moment as a guidepost, and search out and elect principled Conservatives and Republicans always holding them accountable and staying engaged in the process ourselves…history will look back on this as a seminal turning point that steered our nation from the abyss of socialist, mob rule collapse.

We now know how desperate liberals have become. We now know that the rule of law means nothing to them. We now know that liberals, their elected leaders, their mainstream media arsonists and their hate-filled mobs will resort to any means necessary to regain any vestiges of power, but if we allow ourselves to believe, even for the blink of an eye, that we’ve seen the absolute depths to which they will sink in that quest for power…we would be dead wrong.

The “party of tolerance” angry mob was beating on the doors of the Supreme Court building in Washington DC last Saturday. The only things they were missing were burning torches and pitchforks.

After casting his vote for Kavanaugh’s confirmation last Saturday afternoon, Colorado Senator Cory Gardner reported that someone sent a text to his wife showing a graphic beheading, and that someone has publicly posted the names and addresses of his family members.

Other GOP members of the Senate have received death threats…texted to them on their personal cell phones…numbers that are not available to the general public but are made available to other Senators, “through a small pocket-sized book issued at the beginning of each congress, generally only issued to a small and trusted group of staffers.”

C. Christine Fair, a Georgetown University Associate Professor tweeted last Saturday, regarding those who support Kavanaugh, “All of them deserve miserable deaths while feminists laugh as they take their last gasps. Bonus: we castrate their corpses and feed them to swine? Yes.”

Georgetown University has rewarded Fair by taking her out of the classroom, and giving her an around the world vacation to further her studies.

Even Justice Kavanaugh’s two daughters have been on the receiving end of death threats, vile attacks and violence.

The party of tolerance…or the party of violent barbarians?

Liberals, their elected elite, their mainstream media arsonists and their hate-filled and hate-fueled mobs are more desperate now than they were two short weeks ago. They are not on the ropes…they’re backed into a corner. They’re not licking their wounds…they’re in attack mode. They are not defeated…what they are is rabid, unhinged, and dangerous as hell.

If you think this is over now that Judge Kavanaugh has become Justice Kavanaugh…think again. This is why it is now more important than ever before to stay actively involved…to vote Republican and preserve what we, and this nation have won…to save the rule of law from mob rule.

Stay engaged, remain vigilant and be forever free.

Have you noticed how ramped up liberals are getting about trying to impeach President Trump? It’s all the rage in liberal circles.

From Nancy Pelosi to Chuck Schumer, the elected elite of liberals are all talking about it. They’re salivating over the idea. Drooling…slobbering and nearly peeing themselves at the very thought of impeachment.

It’s nothing new.

Liberals have wanted to impeach every Republican president in the past 40 or so years…but this is different. This time, they’re actually circling like sharks, and they think there’s blood in the water.

Why all the excess fervor now? They know there’s no real chance of it…liberals don’t control the Senate, and without 2/3 of the Senate, they can’t impeach anybody.

So…why now…why all the hype and baring of teeth now?

The answer is simple…three words…

Ruth…Bader…Ginsburg.

Now before I really get into this…let me just make a couple of things crystal clear…first, I do NOT wish death on Ginsburg. No Conservative should, and those that do are sick. I don’t like Ginsburg’s activism from the bench, and I do NOT like her liberalism. To be quite honest…I don’t like her…but…the late Justice Scalia did so there must be some bit of redeeming value to the woman.

The fact of the matter is, Justices Scalia and Ginsburg were good, close friends despite their political differences. An odd couple to be sure, but friends nonetheless…and if someone we respect as much as we respected Justice Scalia enjoyed her friendship…we shouldn’t be wishing ill health or death upon her.

Second…President Trump has already made two first class appointments to the nation’s highest court. Justice Neil Gorsuch replaced the late Justice Scalia, which did not alter the balance of the court, as Scalia was, and Gorsuch is, a Constitutionalist.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh replaced Justice Kennedy, and that, in some ways, did change the court’s balance, as Kennedy was a swing vote, who often sided with the liberals, and sometimes sided with the Conservatives. In other words, Kennedy wasn’t staunch in any way, while Kavanaugh is, like Scalia and Gorsuch…a Constitutionalist.

Now…that said…here’s something else that’s very important for Conservatives to keep in mind…we are not going to agree with every opinion or decision of either Gorsuch or Kavanaugh. One or the other…sometimes both…may well rule against something we would like to see happen, or rule in favor of something we don’t care for at all…but…I firmly believe their opinions, decisions and/or rulings will be Constitutional.

Let me put it this way…if either Gorsuch, or Kavanaugh go against what we, as Conservatives want…before you go all social media blasting them, and calling them traitors…just remember that if what we really want are partisan hacks on the bench that will legislate from the bench…we are neither any different, nor better than the liberals.

Okay, let me get back to the liberals burning desire to impeach President Trump.

After seeing the sort of justices President Trump has nominated to the Supreme Court over the past two years…liberals are terrified that he’ll nominate yet another Constitutionalist should Justice Ginsburg either retire, or die, and they…the liberal elite, are desperate.

I believe Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib’s profane statement a couple of weeks ago regarding the desire to impeach President Trump was more scripted than impromptu. I don’t believe it was written for her per sey, but I do believe she was told to make it count…get loads of publicity…and be forceful enough to rile up the liberal base. That, combined with her very public removal of Israel from a world map in her office, replaced by writing in “Palestine,” was, I believe, a trial balloon, orchestrated by George Soros for the sole purpose keeping the Palestinian Israeli conflict alive.

Tlaib, I believe was chosen because she’s new to the House, brash, connected to Soros and more than willing to be a bought and paid for agitator.

Expect to see and hear much, much more from Tlaib as the countdown to Ginsburg’s replacement draws near, because the liberals need a loudmouthed distraction to take attention away from their covert agenda.

That said, it doesn’t change the fact that liberals know Justice Ginsburg is not well. They know she’s on more than thin ice, and they also know they can’t afford to have President Trump nominate her successor.

That would most clearly alter the balance of the court.

Ginsburg is a dyed in the wool, legislate from the bench liberal activist in a black robe, and liberals know that if she’s replaced by yet another bright, young, Constitutionalist justice…the court will tilt toward Constitutional rulings for decades to come.

Liberals went all in to stop Judge Kavanaugh from becoming Justice Kavanaugh. They found puppets from Kavanaugh’s past that could be manipulated into posing 30 some odd year old allegations without a single shred of evidence or corroboration to back them up in a last ditch effort to smear the good name and sterling personal, and legal reputation of a brilliant man…and they failed.

They can’t play that fake card again, and they know it…besides…my guess is that President Trump’s next Supreme Court nominee will be…

7^th Circuit Court of Appeals Judge, Amy Coney Barrett.

Judge Barrett is young, at just 47 years old…she’s highly accomplished…highly regarded…she clerked for Justice Scalia…and she’s a Constitutionalist.

Judge Amy Coney Barrett is exactly what liberals do not want as the replacement for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg…and they’re as terrified of seeing Barrett rise to the bench of the highest court in the land, as they are of seeing Ginsburg lowered into a grave.

While I will not speculate on Ginsburg’s fate, I would be remiss not to wonder about it. A robust 85 year old could fight cancer and delay it, or beat it. Ginsburg is far from robust, and this isn’t her first, or for that matter second bout with cancer. She’s frail, tired, and struggling to heal from a fall that broke a couple of ribs.

Ginsburg might be tougher than she looks, but I don’t think so, and I don’t believe the liberal elite think so either. They believe her days, at least on the bench, if not above ground are numbered, and they’re in a corner…scared beyond scared that President Trump will get to nominate another Constitutionalist to the Supreme Court.

The tactic this time, I’ll call it the Ginsburg Gambit, will be a two-pronged attack.

First…go all in to impeach President Trump by any means necessary…which they know won’t happen because they don’t control the Senate…but pretending there’s a chance at impeachment will bring about the second prong of the attack…

Delay.

The idea would be to call into question President Trump’s fitness for the office leading up to the 2020 election so as to essentially put him in the same timing predicament as Obama was in when Justice Scalia unexpectedly passed away.

Liberals will try to make a case for not allowing President Trump to nominate a successor for Ginsburg leading into an election the liberals will spare no expense, and use every tactic, legal or otherwise, to win.

This is also a key reason liberals don’t want border security…they are desperate to register as many illegal aliens to vote democrat as possible between now and November of next year. As long as our economy continues to grow, and if Trump gets a border wall built, or at the very least well on the way to being built before 2020, the hill liberals will have to climb with whatever candidate they run in 2020 will be a whole lot longer, and a whole lot steeper.

Make no mistake…none of the outbursts over President Trump…none of the rhetoric, profanity, celebrity gnashing of teeth, mainstream media propaganda or tirades and stomping of feet we’re seeing right now has one damn thing to do with President Trump’s policies…it has EVERYTHING to do with what liberals see as the deterioration of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Liberals will continue to do to President Trump what they’ve done since he won the nomination in 2016…they will continue to manufacture fake dossieresque material  with which to try to smear him, and they will continue to use the mainstream media and celebrities to pass off fake news in the effort to demean him.

Liberals will also ramp up their social media machine to hold Conservatives back, and stifle the spreading of truth and facts, and they’ll continue to sew the seeds of discord and division at home and abroad in their efforts to destroy President Trump.

Liberals will do all of this and more because they know they can’t impeach President Trump, and because they know that without such tactics, they don’t stand a snowflake’s chance at a gun show of defeating him in 2020.

If President Trump gets reelected in 2020, what will happen next will make the past two years look like a Sunday school picnic, but the focus for now is on doing anything and everything they can to prevent another Trump Supreme Court nominee…and I fully believe scorched earth is not out of the question.

Liberals would rather burn our nation to the ground than lose the Supreme Court for the better part of the next three decades, and they’re laser focused on the next nominee…not on their darling activist Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Not only that, but you know just how close to the end they believe Ginsburg to be due to the now advertised movie about her.

Don’t be fooled, although that is exactly what liberals hope you are…the story will be “inspired by “ the life of the Justice…which is another way of saying that it is a mostly fictionalized account of a real person. The movie will do everything to portray Ginsburg as some sort of hero to be put on a pillar, but won’t dare go near her actual activism or willingness to legislate from the bench. Liberals run Hollywood, and Hollywood doesn’t make movies extolling manufactured virtues of a living person if they don’t believe that person is near the end, and in need of propping up via propaganda.

For one reason or another, liberals are terrified that Ginsburg’s days on the bench are severely numbered and they know that their only hope is to embroil President Trump in a quagmire long enough to stall an appointment until after they can try to steal the 2020 election.

At a minimum, they need 12 to 18 months, and I don’t believe they’ll get it because…

I don’t believe Justice Ginsburg will last that long.

Over the past couple of weeks, liberals have dug themselves quite a hole. Prevailing wisdom offers this bit of sage advice…when you find yourself at the bottom of a deep hole…

Stop digging.

Liberals, being liberals simply got themselves a bigger shovel.

I won’t get into the whole mess concerning that obtuse “resolution” passed in the House last week regarding hate speech while completely ignoring Ilhan Omar from whose islamist lips the statements came that started the whole thing because my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner Diane Sori has covered that extremely well in her latest op-ed, “A Resolution and a Truth Many Find Offensive…Part 1” which you can read by clicking here.

In other words…rather than dealing with the pile of dirt liberals left beside the hole that they’re digging, I am choosing to deal with the hole itself.

While it has been said that a rose by any other name is still a rose…the hole at which liberals find themselves at the bottom of today…by another name is…

Hatred.

Liberals love to accuse others of hatred, and they say the most hateful things about others they accuse of being hateful all while claiming the moral high ground for doing so. Well, guess what? There is no moral high ground at the bottom of that hole of hatred.

The real problem for liberals is that their overt need to try to add a sense of moral equivalency to what should be the policing of their own elected elite has become the very shovel they’re using at the bottom of the hole to make it even deeper.

There are two parts to the timeline here that should be of interest to American Jews. The first involves Nancy Pelosi’s abrupt change in her condemnation of Omar’s anti-Semitic statements.

On February 11^th, 2019, Pelosi issued a statement of her own in which she said, “Legitimate criticism of Israel’s policies is protected by the values of free speech and democratic debate that the United States and Israel share, But Congresswoman Omar’s use of anti-Semitic tropes and prejudicial accusations about Israel’s supporters is deeply offensive.”

In this statement, Pelosi couches her criticism of Omar by saying that “legitimate criticism of Israel’s policies is protected by the values of free speech…” which it is, but that is also a nod to the democrat party’s long held anti-Israel views. Nonetheless…that statement was issued on February 11^th.

Now watch and listen to Pelosi as she becomes an apologist for Omar regarding those very same anti-Semitic statements just three weeks later on March 7^th, 2019.

That’s quite the turn-around in just three weeks don’t you think? On February 11^th, Pelosi is strongly condemning Omar, and then, just three weeks later, she’s comes up with an obtuse excuse for Omar, and she’s trying to add to it a moral equivalency that takes Omar, and her statement completely out of the equation.

Now why do you think that is? I have a pretty good guess…

Since Omar’s initial statement referred to “it’s all about the Benjamins, baby” with regard to Jews and those who support Israel…how about we follow the Benjamins, baby?

Nothing happens fast in Washington, D.C. and certainly, nothing happens fast either in the halls of Congress or from within any political party…unless…there is money involved. Hence…who is not only bankrolling a good deal of the democrat party and has for at least the past ten years…and who is covertly bankrolling Ilhan Omar?

One name, and one country leap to mind…George Soros, and Iran.

Obviously, Soros has been a primary donor through various laundering schemes to the democrat party as well as to individual democrat party candidates for some time. When Soros says “jump,” the DNC asks “how high?” In 2014, the Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Zarif, admitted that the Iranian government has worked closely with billionaire George Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) organization….the exact same Soros organization that funnels money into the DNC and democrat candidates.

Interesting connection, isn’t it? But there’s more…Ilhan Omar is well known as being in the pocket of Hamas, and has been a frequent speaker at both Hamas and CAIR events. Hamas is an Iranian proxy, and Omar is the Hamas proxy, thus the Iranian contact in Washington. Now think about this…Obama gave Iran the ability to pursue nuclear weapons, and gave Iran $150 billion of U.S. taxpayer money to use in that effort…but Obama is out…Trump is in.

Iran now sees less need for the cash that Obama gave them, and that Hillary most likely would have given them, but hey need positioning, and with Ilhan Omar now in the House, and perhaps more importantly, on the House Foreign Affairs Committee…both Iran and Soros now have such positioning.

Since Iran lost their seat in the Oval Office, with Obama terming out and Hillary’s loss, but now having gained a seat in Congress, and on the House Foreign Affairs committee… Omar’s rather disparaging comment about Obama last Friday, when she said that Obama was a “pretty face that got away with murder” which she quickly followed with, “And that’s not what we should be looking for anymore. We don’t want anybody to get away with murder because they are polished. We want to recognize the actual policies that are behind the pretty face and the smile,” should be seen as a direct communication to Iran that where Obama failed to get Iran across the finish line, she is the new player in town and she will succeed.

It also puts Omar’s “apology” in a fresh light. When Omar “apologized” by saying, “My intention is never to offend my constituents or Jewish Americans as a whole. I unequivocally apologize,” she wasn’t apologizing to Jews for what she said…she was apologizing to Iran for getting caught saying it.

Soros, a Jew that has worked tirelessly against Israel…Iran who has made it clear that they want to wipe Israel from the map…and Omar, who has made it just as clear that she is anti-Jew and anti-Israel are all working together…and my guess is that Soros told the DNC…maybe even told Pelosi herself that going against Omar could cost the party seats, and candidates big money in 2020.

That is how Pelosi went from a strong condemnation of Omar on February 11^th, to providing her an excuse on March 7^th.

That is just the first part of the timeline along with the direct connections that American Jews need to recognize…the second part of it is the fact that while American Jews have backed the democrat party with campaign donations and votes for quite some time…that same party has, the whole time, been solidly anti-Israel. How can they be anti-Israel, and not anti-Jew at the same time? Simple answer…they can’t.

For decades now, the democrat party has taken any opportunity they could find, or manufacture to condemn Israel…and every opportunity to align themselves with Israel’s enemies. Until Omar started spouting off, Obama carried that anti-Israel, anti-Jewish torch, and effectively signaled to Israel’s enemies via everything from White House speeches with the parents of Bo Bergdahl, to various speeches around the world like his muslim apology tour at the beginning of his presidency to every speech he ever gave at the United Nations.

One would be hard pressed to find in this country a more outwardly, and absurdly anti-Israel, anti-Jewish protagonist than the “Nation of Islam’s” Louis Farrakhan, and back in 2005…the Congressional Black Caucus gave Farrakhan a coveted keynote speaker’s role at a luncheon. It was there that a grinning from ear to ear Obama had his photo taken with Farrakhan, a man who notoriously has called Hitler, “a great man.”…a photo the photographer, one Askia Muhammad kept under wraps for 13 years because he knew it would hurt Obama in 2008, and 2012.

None of this anti-Israel, anti-Jew or anti-Semitic business of the democrat party is recent. In fact, you can trace it as far back as that democrat institution, the KKK and that is the second part of the timeline of which Jews in America must understand.

The democrats are not a friend to the Jews in America or in Israel today…and they never have been.

So, here we are, with liberals in a deep hole of their own digging, and rather than stopping the excavation, they’ve gotten a bigger shovel…digging down and doubling down on the hatred of Israel and the Jews…playing the Jews for fools by reaping the rewards of their votes and donations…but where does that leave the Jews now?

Oh, my…the handwriting is all over that wall…

American Jews need to come to the understanding that the democrat party is done with them. I rather doubt that the DNC sees any further use for the Jews in America now, and I believe they have made that more than clear. Let me explain…

Soros wants a new world order, a one world government and he sees the two biggest roadblocks to that end as being the United States, and Israel. He’s an old man…pushing 90…and he knows he’s running out of time. Soros is also highly narcissistic…he wants to still be around when both the U.S. and Israel fall. Soros knows that the only way to accelerate the process at this late stage of his own life is to back the most destructive ideology on earth…islam.

In that regard, I believe Soros has issued a new directive to the DNC…Jews are yesterday’s tools…they helped to get the democrat agenda to where it is today…but accelerating the process of that agenda requires a new tool for the future…islam and it’s islamist haters. Haters of Israel, and haters of America, and where as the Jews in America have always been pliable…the islamists, of which Ilhan Omar is one…are vengeful.

To Soros…vengeance will finish what pliability began.

Jews in America need to understand…must understand that the liberal elite, those pulling the strings like George Soros…no longer see them as a viable voting bloc for the future and as such, liberals have now…via that completely watered-down resolution last week…hitched their wagon to islam.

Here’s what seals that deal…last Friday night, in a conference call with the pollster Zogby, liberal 2020 presidential candidate Bernie Sanders,said this when asked his opinion of Ilhan Omar and her decidedly anti-Semitic statements…“We will stand by our Muslim brothers and sisters.” The “we” to whom Sanders refers is…the democrat party. in other words...”The democrat party will stand with the muslims.” Let that sink in…the muslims who want Israel wiped from the map…the muslims who want to see the Jews annihilated…the muslims who chant “death to America…death to Israel”…that is with whom the democrat party will stand from this point going forward…just as the democrat party always has.

To those many Jews in this great country of ours who have as a bloc voted for liberals for decades…those liberals have announced publicly that they, as a party, are done with you which leaves but one final question…

Are American Jews finally done with the party of liberals?

– Attorney General William Barr on heating of Jeffrey Epstein’s untimely death

The timing and the circumstances surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s death was perfect…Hollywood itself could not have staged it any better. And the Democrats are happily wallowing in that timing as it took the public’s attention off the much needed wall, the what is a “trade war” with China, mass shootings, as well as the circus that is the entirety of the Democrats presidential contenders…where by the way there is not a decent one in the bunch. And the timing put the spotlight back on sex…after all sex and sex scandals sells papers and bumps up media ratings better than any other news story can.

And Jeffrey Epstein’s story in itself would make a great movie if it wasn’t such a travesty from the get-go…if it wasn’t such an obvious case of “this guy needs to be permanently silenced” before he can squeal on those in high places in order to save his own sorry self.

And by now we all the story of how underage girls…some as young as 14…were either coerced or forced into boarding Epstein’s private jet dubbed the “Lolita Express” to be whisked off to Little St. James island…his own private island in the Virgin Islands…where they basically became sex toys for the rich, famous, and powerful…and that including a former president, former and current U.S. politicians, actors, corporate moguls, and even a prince or two…as well as their having to “service” Epstein’s own personal sexual perversions.

Briefly, we all know the background arrest story of how back in 2008 after his first arrest, Jeffrey Epstein beat serious sex trafficking charges by cutting a plea deal with then Florida U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta. Agreeing to plead guilty to two felony prostitution charges in Florida state court in exchange for he and his accomplices receiving immunity from federal sex-trafficking charges that could have…and should have…sent him and them to prison for life, this deal, called a “federal non-prosecution agreement,” was sealed so that no one, not even his victims, could know the full extent of Epstein’s crimes nor who else was involved. Serving but 13 months in a private wing of the Palm Beach County jail…where some say he was treated like a “celebrity”…Epstein saw those who helped “schedule” his own private sex sessions and those who “enjoyed” the young girls themselves never being prosecuted at all.

Talk about a miscarriage of justice…a miscarriage that rightfully came back to haunt U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta…the man who cut the plea deal while knowing full well the scope of Jeffrey Epstein’s international sex-trafficking operation. Tapped by President Trump to be his new Labor Secretary, last month Acosta was forced to resign in disgrace, because if it wasn’t for him allowing Epstein to cut said deal dozens of underage girls and young women would not have had to go through the hell that they did.

We also know that last month, on July 6th to be exact, the past finally caught up with 66-year old Jeffrey Epstein as he was arrested yet again this time on brand new sex-trafficking and conspiracy charges…charges which he of course denied…charges which led to his jailing with no bond allowed to be posted and with his facing a possible 45 years in jail if found guilty…jailing which in turn led to his death by his own hand…or did he have “help,” if you will, in this, his last endeavor?

And the question of his death alone is the crux of this investigative report, as from here on there is no need to go into all the minute details of what is already Epstein’s well known and documented past, for the questions surrounding his “supposed” suicide as well as the who’s who of those possibly involved…and that includes legally calling to task some of the rich and powerful who willingly and with pleasure partook in Epstein’s perversions…just might help in bringing some modicum of justice for his now reported to be dozens of victims.

So let’s begin with the events and circumstances surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s death…a death the odds makers themselves were betting would eventually happen…and begin with both the known facts and some much researched educated guesses after viewing publicly released photos…photos which not so surprisingly are now being removed from the internet…as well as case documents…before we get into the “who’s to blame” game.

Fact: On the Friday morning preceding Epstein’s death, almost 2,000 thousands documents from a civil suit were unsealed and released…documents providing lurid first-person accounts of his sexually abusing scores of young girls…documents that also included serious “allegations of impropriety” being leveled against several prominent Democrats including former Maine Sen. George Mitchell and ex-New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, as well as Britain’s Prince Andrew.

Fact: Jeffrey Epstein was found in his cell to be “unresponsive”…translation: dead…by guards doing morning rounds in the Protective Housing Unit of the Metropolitan Correctional Center (in Lower Manhattan) on Saturday, August 10th at 6:30am…dead “from an apparent suicide,” as per a statement issued by the Bureau of Prisons. This “high profile” inmate involved in a “high profile case”…a case surely to have major blow-back across the political world…this very man had been put on suicide watch after his first “supposed” suicide attempt back on July 23rd, less than a week after being denied bond. Found on his cell’s floor with injuries to his neck, those injuries remained “undetermined” as to who or what caused them, until recently that is. More on that in a bit.

Fact: Epstein was taken off suicide watch about a week or so before he “supposedly” hung himself from the bedpost in his two-person bunk-bed equipped cell, yet no one thought that due to Friday’s document dump and it’s corresponding fallout that maybe Epstein again needed to be placed on suicide watch.

Fact: Jeffrey Epstein, as per prison protocol, was “supposed” to be checked on by two prison guards every 30 minutes during the night, and was “supposed” to have another inmate in the cell with him.

Yet protocol “just happened” not to be followed the night of Epstein’s “supposed” suicide with his now proven not to have been checked on for at least three hours…proven by one of the guards admitting that the time-check logs has been falsified to say that Epstein was checked on. Also, one of the guards in question was not actually employed as a corrections officer but was permitted to serve as one…in other words a “substitute,” And his cellmate (more on him in a bit) had already been transferred to another cell less than a day before Epstein “supposedly” killed himself…another flagrant violation of protocol. In other words, Jeffrey Epstein, who was not to be left alone was left alone, unmonitored, and unattended in the hours leading up to the time he hung himself and in the time… possibly hours…thereafter.

Fact: While some news reports originally stated that the video cameras in Epstein’s cell were “not working” the night/morning in question, the truth is there are no video cameras in the individual cells in the protective unit where federal inmate Jeffrey Epstein was held. The cameras are in the hallways and common areas of said unit alone. And while actual suicide watch cells do indeed have video cameras in them, at the time of his death Epstein was in a regular not in a suicide watch cell.

Fact: Jeffrey Epstein’s estranged younger brother Mark Epstein was who identified Epstein’s body when it was brought to the morgue…and contrary to what some conspiracy folks are saying, the body was indeed that of Jeffrey Epstein and not some “body double.” And yes, Epstein did die by hanging, but the question as we posed earlier remains…did he die by his own hand or was he “assisted along?”

Now let’s go back to about three weeks ago, when Epstein, as previously stated “supposedly” tried to commit suicide. Attempted to or not, Epstein was found with suspicious marks on his neck, and it was at this point that he was put on suicide watch, meaning he was now to be housed in a special single person cell…a cell with no bars, a cell with nothing protruding from the walls or ceiling from which he could hang himself, a cell with a steel door without bars from which he could potentially tie anything to. That cell also had a very large glass window and cameras were mounted either inside the cell or positioned outside the cell with an unobstructed view of the inside of said cell.

Then just days before Jeffrey Epstein was discovered dead, he was transferred out of that suicide watch cell at the request of his attorney, and was then placed in a more general “regular” cell, one whose sole window was encased within the steel door and bars that completed a double door system. This new cell was a two-man cell with an upper and lower bunk.

Epstein’s cellmate had previously been Nicholas Tartaglione, a 51-year old hulk of an ex-cop facing the death penalty on federal murder and drug raps, and it was Tartaglione…the man Jeffrey Epstein had already informed prison officials that he was afraid of…who was then transferred out of Epstein’s “regular” two-man cell when Epstein was transferred into the suicide watch cell. And why was Tartaglione transferred out of the cell…so that when Epstein was able to return to his “regular” two-man cell the man he was afraid of would not be there. Reportedly, upon Epstein’s return from suicide watch, he was returned to the same two-man cell but with a different cellmate.

That brings us to a five-part mystery.

First, could the suspicious marks found on Epstein’s neck been made by the hulking ex-cop cellmate rather than a suicide attempt? It’s more than just possible, it’s very plausible, and we’ll have more on that shortly. Second, who was the new cellmate? Frankly, we don’t know simply because no name for that cellmate, to date, has been released. Third, why exactly was this unnamed cellmate removed from Epstein’s cell just hours before Epstein was discovered dead? Fourth, according to prison protocol at that facility, if a prisoner is in a two-man cell and one prisoner is transferred out of that cell, a new cellmate should have been immediately brought in, which did not happen. And fifth, the remaining prisoner, in this case Jeffrey Epstein, should then have been moved to a single-man cell, which also didn’t happen. Again, why not?

At the very least, the timing of these events is highly suspicious and presents questions that demand answers. Nonetheless, Jeffrey Epstein is dead, leaving many more questions than we have answers to.

But from an actual medical standpoint what do we know? This is a difficult question to answer at this point in time, because as we write this investigative report information is coming in bits and pieces which leads to yet another question. How many of those bits and pieces can be believed at face value? We’ll get back to that, but there are some things that we can tell you based upon the information we already have been able to verify.

First, there are photos of Jeffrey Epstein being taken from the Metropolitan Correctional Center by NYFD, and in one of those photos most of Epstein’s face is clearly visible. In that photo several things immediately jumped out at us first of which is that Epstein was wearing orange prison pants and an orange prison shirt (which you can see bunched up at the base of his neck) which tells us that he did not hang himself with his own garments.

The second thing readily visible is the color of his hands and forearms, as well as the color of his face. Epstein’s hands and forearms show the color of pallid death with his fingers curled inward. That is very important as it speaks to how long Jeffrey Epstein was dead before being discovered. As rigor mortis sets in the extremities are the first to stiffen with the hands curling inwards, and rigor mortis generally doesnot set in for roughly two and a half hours after death.

That time frame is consistent with what has been reported as a three hour gap between the times that Epstein had been checked on by the guards.

Jeffrey Epstein’s face, however, tells a vastly different story. Epstein’s face is a grotesque bluish purple color which would be consistent with someone whose neck, whose windpipe, had been compressed in death…consistent with either hanging or some other form of strangulation. But there’s more to his face than initially meets the casual eye as Epstein’s left ear is a mess. It’s nearly black, swollen, and somewhat misshapen. That is not a side effect of either hanging or strangulation, and is instead much more consistent with a blow to that side of the head before death.

Remember, Epstein was reportedly to be alone in his cell at the time of his death, but he was not alone in the days or weeks prior to his death. The cellmate who had been transferred out of Epstein’s cell, Nicholas Tartaglione, was a man of immense size and as we previously stated Epstein was very afraid of him. Could it be that Epstein took a beating from the ex-cop cellmate even before being transferred to suicide watch? Would such injuries still be apparent even a couple of weeks out from such a beating? Could it be that Epstein’s prior suicide attempt was not a suicide attempt, but a prison “beat-down” instead? All that is very possible, and it would account for what appears to be some sort of visible ear injury, although we probably well never be able to find out because there were no cameras in Jeffrey Epstein’s cell.

No cameras at all to help shed light on the recent disclosure by the ME’s office…who up until this point has not officially signed off on the death certificate…a disclosure which indicated that Jeffrey Epstein had “sustained multiple broken bones” in his neck, including a complete fracture of the hyoid bone…a bone near the Adams apple. And while this type of injury could possibly be the result of hanging, most medical literature states that a broken…a fractured…hyoid bone, which Epstein had, is more common in homicides by strangulation then it is by hanging…especially the type of hanging like in Epstein’s case which would be more conducive to slow asphyxiation than to any broken neck bones.

And then suddenly, late Friday afternoon of August 16th, the chief medical examiner in New York City, Dr. Barbara Sampson, signed off on Jeffrey Epstein’s death certificate and stated that she had found no “foul play” involved. Releasing a statement to the affect that after reviewing the autopsy and after doing a “careful review of all the investigative information,” that she had now determined Jeffrey Epstein’s death to be caused by “hanging,” and that the manner of death was “suicide.”

Now clearly going against the vast majority of medical literature that suggests strangulation as the cause of death when one’s neck bones are broken in the way that Epstein’s were, leaves one to wonder exactly how Dr. Sampson arrived at her conclusion…or was she politically driven…as in was she “politely influenced”  to do so.

And why do we say this…because Dr. Barbara Sampson has a bit of a blemish on her record. Formally appointed to her position as New York City’s Chief Medical Examiner On December 10, 2014, by Mayor Bill DeBlasio, in 2015, she was behind the firing of one Marina Stajic, the woman who had been director of the toxicology laboratory at the city’s Chief Medical Examiner’s office since 1986. And why…because Ms. Stajic had openly questioned whether the ME’s office had sufficiently verified the reliability of a “novel form” of DNA testing being used in criminal cases, as she was concerned that incorrect use of the DNA testing technique could lead to wrongful convictions. In fact, Dr. Sampson was the Acting Chief ME back in 2014 when Ms. Stajic voted on a state panel to compel the office to release a study proving the technique’s validity.

Taking the case of her firing to court on the grounds that she was “pushed out” because she had dared to challenge the controversial DNA testing technique, Marina Stajic saw her case settled before trial to the tune of one million dollars. But more importantly, Ms. Stajic’s case proved that the ME’s office had never performed the study of the DNA technique as it had claimed.

Sheds a bit of new light on things now doesn’t it.

Now let’s go back to a few days after we made note of the above stated characteristics from the photos, word came out that Epstein had hanged himself with a bed sheet, and reports from officials claimed that part of the sheet had been tied around his neck with the other end tied to the top bunk in his cell. Epstein, it was reported, was crouched nearly on his knees and leaning forward towards the floor when he was discovered. While this is not impossible, it is somewhat unusual. There have been others who have committed suicide in much the same manor, but it is neither an easy nor a quick way to accomplish the deed.

In such a position death would come slowly, and escape from death would be as simple as standing up…a natural reflex before one would pass out. It should also be noted that in order to successfully commit suicide in this manner, one would need a rather narrow strip of material which would have to be tied very tightly around the neck, and one would have to manage to get one’s self into just the exact right position with enough pressure on the throat to constrict the oxygen supply long enough to lose consciousness before death took place. Know that it’s quite difficult to attain the desired outcome in this manner, but also know that it’s not impossible. Robin Williams committed suicide with a belt around his neck, the other end of which was wedged between a closet door and the door frame while in a sitting position leaning forward.

One would really, really want to die to commit suicide in the way Epstein reportedly did…in a way so as to not allow one’s natural reflex to stand up and relieve the pressure on one’s neck before it was too late…which now begs the question…did Jeffrey Epstein really, really want to die?

And to that affect the bottom line is this…Jeffrey Epstein’s last words to his attorney before he was found hanged were, “I’ll see you on Sunday,” meaning there was no indication that he wanted to die. Jeffrey Epstein needed to be kept alive at all costs as he was the conduit by which to both bring others to justice and to secure justice for his victims.

But it now becomes apparent that those charged with keeping Epstein alive failed in their duties, and while the blame game is one thing that must be looked into, more importantly is the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was most probably murdered…a murder dressed up to look like a suicide.

And why do we say murdered…because while Epstein was most certainly a sexual deviant he was a magnet for other’s just like himself, and the sexual deviants he attracted were among the political, the corporate, and even the royal elite. People like this do tend to think they are above the law, but Jeffrey Epstein had the ultimate insurance policy to keep himself somewhat protected because he had the foresight to compile records and videos of the who’s who of said sexually “deviant elite.”

We have always said that Jeffrey Epstein’s “suicide” was quite possibly the most widely anticipated and universally predicted such event in history, solely because of the identities of the other sexually “deviant elites” involved… primarily of which would be William Jefferson Clinton. After all, in a cesspool of sexually “deviant elites” the name Bill Clinton always seems to float to the top…and besides the flight manifests for Epstein’s private jet shows Bill Clinton having been a passenger at least 26 times with the manifests also showing that more times than not he flew on said jet minus his secret service protection.

And while most of the trips take Clinton on random excursions with Epstein and other various members of the sexually “deviant elite”…trips to Africa, Europe, Asia, and the U.S…sworn affidavits and photographs from witnesses have placed Bill Clinton on Epstein’s private island on at least four different occasions. Now the question is, why would a former U.S. president think it was okay to fly on a jet, private or otherwise, with the public moniker “The Lolita Express”…common sense alone would dictate they would not and yet Bill Clinton did.

So now let’s cut to the chase and say that we, as Right Side Patriots, in our opinion, believe that Bill and more importantly that Hillary Clinton are involved in Jeffrey Epstein’s “suicide” death. And no, we do not mean that either of them personally played a physical part in his death, but that they had what we call a “blueprint for death” ever since Whitewater as the trail of 86 previous dead bodies prove it.

Remember, there is a long history that cannot be ignored, as part of the Clinton legacy includes the names of 86 people connected to the Clinton’s who have “met their demise” in rather untimely manners. Some of the names on that list are well known like James McDougal, Seth Rich, and Vince Foster just to name a few, along with a lengthy list of others also connected to both the Clinton’s, including former bodyguards. Amongst the names on that list are those of some who, like Jeffrey Epstein, died of suicide by hanging, and others are named who died while in prison under more than a bit cloudy circumstances.

However, we are now going to say what others have dared not say for we do believe the Clinton’s are not only connected to the previous 86 deaths…as in the infamous “Clinton Body Count” list…but that while Bill Clinton had a part in comprising said list, that the one who actually signed off on the “hit” was Hillary Clinton alone. And why do we believe this…while Bill Clinton is obviously a key member of the sexually “deviant elite,” Hillary is addicted to the political power her husband wields. Remember, Bill Clinton knew his time in the political limelight was up upon leaving office, but Hillary cannot give up the spotlight no matter that she is no longer relevant even to her own party. Hillary fully realizes that any illusion of political power or social standing she enjoys is courtesy of her husband. If her husband’s reputation ever were to truly fall, any power Hillary thinks she has or holds falls along with him…after all, this is the woman who during the time of the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal said she will “stand by her man.”

Also remember, the 86 names on the “Clinton Body Count” list are not the names of passing acquaintances rather they are the names of people with deep connections to the Clinton’s, and every single name on the list belonged to someone involved in illicit or possibly illegal deals and thus held “dirt” on the Clinton’s. Reading through the list it cannot be a matter of coincidence that so many were poised to testify against the Clinton’s when they died.

By August 10, 2019, Jeffrey Epstein had become a prime candidate to become the 87th name on the “Clinton Body Count” list. He and the Clinton’s were tight, they had traveled together, and Epstein most certainly had the evidence against Hillary’s husband… manifests, photos, witnesses, videos, and more…and Epstein’s insurance policy surely would have taken Bill Clinton down with him. And Hillary having already invested a good deal of her life and her connections to keep her husband from becoming the architect of his own political demise, would see Hillary, on the brink of her own political irrelevance, desperately trying to cling to whatever vestiges of power and privilege she has left. Any deal Epstein may have struck would have doomed the Clinton’s and Hillary was clearly well aware of that fact.

Having someone who was about to tear down the Clinton’s empire “suicided” is not, we believe, anywhere near a foreign concept to the Clinton’s, nor would hanging be a foreign concept to Hillary. In fact, during the 2016 campaign, as the tide was turning against her, Hillary reportedly emailed a rather stern directive to then DNC Chair Donna Brazile stating that, “If That F****** Bastard Wins, We’re Going To Hang From Nooses! You Better Fix This!” And while there could be no more “fixing” Epstein, Epstein hanging from a noose seems to fit perfectly with the “Clinton Body Count” protocol.

And while we all know that the Clinton’s…most especially Hillary…know people in “low places,” and to have accomplished what now appears to be the possible murder of Jeffrey Epstein, one would need to call upon those in said “low places.”

And what could be lower than a cop gone rogue, as in Jeffrey Epstein’s very first cellmate, the hulking ex-cop Nicholas Tartaglione. Remember, Epstein feared this man and sustained suspicious injuries to his neck while they were cellmates. We believe Tartaglione may have been the first attempt on Jeffrey Epstein’s life but he failed to deliver, because instead of his being found dead, Epstein was found unconscious on the floor of his cell with marks on his neck. Remember, Jeffrey Epstein never said he tried to commit suicide, that was all supposition on the part of the prison physician.

After receiving the neck injuries, Epstein was moved to a special suicide watch cell for one week, then at the request of his attorney, he was placed in a different two-person cell with a new cellmate whose name has never been released. It should also be noted that removing Jeffrey Epstein from suicide watch required the signatures of the prison’s psychiatrist and a high level member of the prison’s staff, as in the warden. And said warden, one Lamine N’Diaye, has been “temporarily reassigned.” 

We believe the second attempt on Jeffrey Epstein’s life came on the night of August 9th when he had been left alone in a two-man cell…which again is against prison protocol…and while the two guards assigned to check on him every 30 minutes were “supposedly” sleeping…as in sleeping on the job. It should also be noted that both of those “supposedly” overworked guards had volunteered for that specific duty on that specific night yet they both just happened to fall asleep at the most critical time while on duty. Also, neither of them are cooperating with the investigators and instead have “lawyered up” as evidence shows that they were the ones who altered the official time logs as to the time when they “supposedly” fell asleep. By early the next morning, Epstein was found on his knees, slumped forward, “supposedly” with a bed sheet around his neck.

We also believe that said second attempt on Epstein’s life was a hastily orchestrated “Plan B” after “Plan A,” the Tartaglione attempt, failed. Tartaglione, as we previously stated, was up on a federal murder charge, and if he was convicted he faced life without parole. He had nothing to lose. Epstein however, survived, and it’s our opinion that the lacking of another prison inmate willing or capable of doing the deed, and with Epstein and his attorneys close to making some sort of deal, something had to be done to silence Epstein before he was able to provide evidence worthy of said deal. It’s our opinion that Jeffrey Epstein was incapable of breaking several bones in his own neck by his hanging himself in the manner that was reported. The reported method of hanging described in official reports, on his knees and slumped forward, would have slowly asphyxiated Epstein not broken his neck.

As for Nicholas Tartaglione, you might wonder what was in it for him…if what we suspect is true…and that’s quite easy to explain. Like previously stated, Tartaglione was a rogue…a dirty…cop facing a life sentence with no possibility of parole, and the fact is that cops don’t last very long in prison for obvious reasons. Was his “pay” for getting rid of Epstein protection for his “safety” while serving his time…we think that’s a strong possibility. Another possibility is that maybe Taraglione’s family will be “well taken care of” as the family breadwinner no longer can. But in regards to Tartaglione, because he failed in what we suspect was his “mission,” don’t be surprised if he too is not suddenly found dead.

Bottom line…Jeffrey Epstein did not kill himself, as we believe he had help in that regard, including that he was strangled to death and then his body was “set-up” to look like a suicide. Somebody had to orchestrate the “hit” on the very man who knew too much, and somebody had to choreograph it. And to get to someone in a prison cell, the step by step choreography needed to come from the inside, and in this case, especially after the failure of  “Plan A,” certain corners had to be cut while certain cover had to be manufactured. That’s an “inside job,” but as to who led the orchestration of it all…that would require someone with the right connections, someone with a history of having done such orchestrating before and gotten away with it…someone who had everything to lose had Jeffrey Epstein managed to present his evidence in return for a deal.

And who better would that person be than “low life” Hillary Rodham Clinton herself…the woman who dared not let her husband be dragged down or worse in yet another sex scandal…dragged down seeing her and her never ending ambitions and quest for power along with it.

As for Warden Lamine N’Diaye, he needs to be charged with criminally negligent homicide for he knew well that his staff was overworked…part of the cover-up and blame game it seems…and should have had Jeffrey Epstein moved to a more secure prison. As for the two “asleep on the job” guards…the very guards who falsified the official record time logs…if they are found to have had any part in Epstein’s what we believe to be murder then they themselves need to be brought up on murder charges. And as for Dr. Sampson, if, and we only say if, she in any way was “coerced” to rule Jeffrey Epstein’s death a “suicide,” then she needs to harshly be called to task for while she obviously would not be part of his murder she surely would be part of its cover up.

If we are correct in our presented suppositions, and considering the track record regarding the “Clinton Body Count” list…adding one more name to that list changes nothing, as we believe, the Clinton’s will remain among the most prolific serial killers in America in both the 20th and 21st centuries.

Timeline of Events Leading Up To Jeffrey Epstein’s Death

Tuesday, July 23rd

Epstein’s first “supposed” suicide attempt resulted in injuries to his neck. Unknown whether it was a suicide attempt or inflicted by cellmate. 51-year old ex-cop Nicholas Tartaglione. Nicholas Tartaglione was transferred out of cell at Epstein’s attorney’s request because Epstein was afraid of Tartaglione.

Epstein reportedly placed on suicide watch in special suicide watch cell alone and given daily psychiatric evaluations. 

Tuesday, July 30th

After a week of daily evaluations, Epstein is reportedly taken off suicide watch. Details about why he was taken off the watch or any special precautions corrections officers were urged to take remain unknown, but former prison official Jack Donson told The Associated Press that Epstein’s removal from suicide watch would have had to have been approved by both the MCC’s warden and chief psychologist. Upon release from his suicide watch cell, Epstein was placed in a different cell than the one he had shared with Tartaglione but the reason for that change of cells has not been provided, nor has the identity of Epstein’s second and final cellmate at the MCC not been publicly disclosed. 

Friday, August 9th

Thousands of documents are unsealed in connection with a defamation case against a woman accused of recruiting underage girls for Epstein. The document dump revealed dozens of high-profile individuals who partied or flew with Epstein on his private plane, and included allegations of impropriety against several of them, including prominent Democrats former Maine Sen. George Mitchell and ex-New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, and Prince Andrew, Duke of York.

At some point on the Friday, August 9th before he died, Epstein’s cellmate…identity unknown…was moved to a new cell for an unspecified reason. Epstein reportedly is not assigned another cellmate as per protocol, and is alone in his cell for the remainder of the night and the next morning. 

Night of August 9th and Early Morning of August 19th

While protocol mandates physical checks on prisoners at that facility every 30 minutes, Epstein is not checked on for several hours. Of the two guards assigned to Epstein, one, a man, is not actually employed as a corrections officer but is permitted to work as one to fill in, and both were working overtime at the understaffed facility. One of the guards, a woman, is working a mandated shift while the other is in the middle of an 80-hour workweek.

There are reports that the guards were sleeping while on duty. Both guards had volunteered for that night’s shifts, and neither is talking to investigators. Both have lawyered up. 

Saturday Morning, August 10th

Epstein is reportedly found hanging, knees on the floor of his cell, leaning forward towards the floor with one end of a bed sheet tied around his neck and the other end secured to the top bunk. 

Epstein taken to the hospital and pronounced dead at about 6:30am.

Tuesday Afternoon,, August 13th

Medical Examiners office reports that Epstein’s autopsy is finished, but not ready to be made public pending more information. 

Wednesday, August 14th

Medical Examiner reports finding that Epstein “sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones,” including the hyoid bone, which is near the Adam’s apple. 

Late Afternoon, Friday, August 16th

The official results of Epstein’s autopsy, just announced by the city’s medical examiner’s office, show that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in his Manhattan jail cell, and that the cause of death was suicide by hanging.

Kayla Mueller, 26, was a humanitarian worker from Prescott, Ariz., who was captured by al Baghdadi’s ISIS forces while leaving a hospital in Aleppo, Syria, in 2013. It is believed that she was tortured until she died some 18 months later.

Mueller’s father, Carl, said on Sunday, “She was held in solitary confinement. She was tortured.  She was intimidated. She was ultimately raped by al-Baghdadi himself.”

Mueller’s mother, Marsha Mueller, praised President Trump and the Special Ops commandos who raided the al Baghdadi compound over the weekend and stated that “if Obama had been as decisive as Trump,” Kayla may still be alive.

To be fair, al Baghdadi ordered the murders of thousands, including American journalists James Foley, and Steven Sotlof, Kayla Mueller, and Jordanian pilot Muath Al-Kaseasbeh who was burned alive in a cage.

Sunday morning…

President Trump held a press conference where he told the nation, and the world, that U.S. Special Forces had been tracking al Baghdadi for two weeks, and intel from the ground had put him inside a compound in northern Syria. A Scant 48 hours later, about 50-70 U.S. Special Ops including Delta Force hit that compound, killing a good many of al Baghdadi’s guards and officers, recoveried a trove of ISIS intel, and that they chased al Baghdadi himself into a dead end tunnel where the ISIS leader blew himself to bits and pieces.

President Trump added that al-Baghdadi had “dragged three young children with him as he reached the end of a tunnel in the compound he was in. They died, along with al-Baghdadi.”

President Trump said that “al Baghdadi spent his last moments in utter fear, in total panic and dread, terrified of the American forces bearing down on him.”

And with that, the leader of ISIS was dead, and democrats were pissed.

President Trump had not told Nancy Pelosi, or Adam Schiff or Chuck Schumer, or for that matter, any congressional democrats of the active two week operation, or of the impending raid on the compound in northern Syria, because, as he said in that Sunday presser, he didn’t want the information to leak out, and, he said, “Washington leaks a lot.”

President Trump said, “I wanted to make sure this was kept secret. I don’t want to have people lost. A leak could have caused the death of all of them.”

Just a week or so ago, Pelosi and Schiff made a trip to Jordan to have a talk with the King, who by the way, wanted nothing to do with either of  them, as a way of trying to undermine President Trump’s Middle East policies which included his recent withdrawal of troops from Syria.

Just a few months ago, Diane Feinstein had dinner with Javad Zarif, the Foreign Minister of Iran, and she had been caught with Zarif’s contact information loaded into her cell phone.

Democrats in the House, being led by Adam Schiff, are desperately trying to impeach President Trump and they’re holding behind closed door hearings and leaking only cherry-picked bits of testimony in the process.

President Trump was 100% correct in keeping the al Baghdadi operation a secret from congressional democrats. Some of those democrats would have run with that intel directly to our nation’s enemies, and Obama’s friends in an attempt to thwart the operation which could well have led to the deaths of American forces.

As it was, no Americans were killed or injured in that raid, save one American Special Ops K-9 Conan, who will soon visit the White House.

Congressional democrats became further enraged on Sunday as they learned that while they weren’t informed of the al Baghdadi operation, the Russians were. According to Pelosi, “The House must be briefed on this raid, which the Russians but not top congressional leadership were notified of in advance.”

Well, Nancy… there are two very good reasons for why you and the democrats were cut out of the loop…first…our Special Ops forces had to overfly Russian controlled airspace in order to complete the mission which most likely included the refueling, in flight, of 8 helicopters…and second…because the Russians don’t hate America as bad as congressional democrats do.

Congressional democrats who heaped praise upon Obama in 2011 for the killing of Osama bin Laden, praised American troops on Sunday, but, as per an orchestrated effort, didn’t utter one word of appreciation towards President Trump.

In fact, the field of 2020 democrat presidential candidates were very careful not to mention President Trump in their congratulations to the troops. Julian Castro said “it’s ironic he is trying to take credit when he routinely attacks our intelligence agencies who help make the demise of al-Baghdadi possible.” What Castro is trying to ignore is that President Trump attacks the deep state elements of our intel agencies that were put into place by the Obama regime…and he has worked very hard to rebuild that community into something of which Americans can rely. Obviously, it’s working, and to be clear, President Trump did extend major thanks to that intel community as well as to our troops.

Bernie Sanders said that the “fight against ISIS would not be possible without the brave efforts of the Kurds and other U.S. allies.” Bernie, that fight wouldn’t have been possible had President Trump been content to “lead from behind” as Obama did, and Hillary would have.

And then, there was this…

Susan Rice is upset because President Trump didn’t notify Obama? Seriously? Would you like to know WHY he didn’t notify Obama? FOR THE SAME REASON HE DIDN’T NOTIFY al BAGHDADI…that’s why.

The fact that not a single democrat 2020 candidate so much as mentioned President Trump is pretty transparent regarding how they intend to deal with the hunting down and taking out of al Baghdadi throughout the campaign, but let’s have a look at who President Trump thanked or praised during his speech on Sunday. The President thanked, “Russia, Turkey, Syria, Iraq and the Syrian Kurds” for their assistance in the operation that took out the terrorist leader. President Trump praised U.S. Special Operations Forces. The president thanked, “the soldiers, and sailors, airmen, and Marines involved…” he thanked “General Mark Milley and our Joint Chiefs of Staff, and I also want to thank our professionals who work in other agencies of the United States government and were critical to the mission’s unbelievable success,” and he also thanked, “the great intelligence professionals who helped make this very successful journey possible.”

Obviously, democrats intend to paint a false portrait of President Trump taking the credit for removing al Baghdadi from the face of the earth, but how many times in that Sunday speech did he take the credit? Exactly…zero. He did say, “But at my direction, as Commander-in-Chief of the United States, we obliterated his caliphate, 100 percent, in March of this year.” That doesn’t have thing one to do with taking out al Baghdadi, and the campaign against ISIS in Syria was at his direction as Commander in Chief…so…chew on that democrats.

The immediate allegations that President Trump was trying to take credit for the killing of al Baghdadi are yet another example of fake news being shoveled down the throats of an uninformed voting base of democrats.

Add to the fake news aspect of the democrat response to the raid against al Baghdadi that on Sunday afternoon, Obama’s White House photographer, Pete Souza, the man who took the infamous image of Obama’s team during the bin Laden raid, tweeted that the al Baghdadi raid began was at 3:30pm Washington time, and the photo that was released showed a time stamp of 5:05pm. Clearly, Souza was implying that the Trump situation room photo was staged…but…Suoza later had to backtrack, admitting that the raid could have still been in progress at 5:05.

President Trump himself said he didn’t arrive in the situation room until 5pm, and let’s just face the facts…if the raid started two hours earlier, it would take at least that long for the Special Ops to reach the target…so…the Trump photo is as real as it gets. Furthermore, according to Leon Panetta, Obama was in another room, playing cards, and was not monitoring the bin Laden raid, and it was Panetta who gave the order to kill bin Laden, not Obama.

Hell, the Washington Post even ran an obit article under the headine: “Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, austere religious scholar at helm of Islamic State, dies at 48.” In that piece, WaPo’s National Security reporter Joby Warrick, referred to al Baghdadi, not as a terrorist mastermind, a murderer and a rapist, but as a religious leader in wire-rimmed glasses.

And finally…in an ultimate piece of ironic liberal failure, on Saturday evening, Saturday Night Live was taping in New York and mocking President Trump’s troop withdrawal from Syria, and in the sketch, Alec Baldwin who portrays Trump was interrupted at a rally by Pete Davidson who was playing the part of an ISIS fighter thanking President Trump for creating jobs for ISIS. What the liberal loons at NBC, the liberal loons at SNL and the liberal loons in congress didn’t know, was at that very moment, the al Baghdadi raid was in progress, and would shortly end in a tunnel with al Baghdadi detonating himself, and three of his young children as U.S. Special Ops, on the orders of President Trump closed in.

Never forget that with regard to the taking out of bin Laden, Obama said that the U.S. was “respectful of the body” and buried it at sea. Always remember that President Trump said, regarding the killing of al Baghdadi, he “died after running into a dead-end tunnel, whimpering and crying and screaming all the way. He died like a dog. He died like a coward.

To be clear, under President Trump, U.S. Special Ops used facial recognition software and scraped enough of al Baghdadi off the floor, walls and ceiling of that tunnel to make a positive DNA match in confirming that is was, indeed, al Baghdadi, then simply left what remained in the rubble.

This leaves but two questions for ISIS and the democrats who love them…will Obama deliver the eulogy at al Baghdadi’s funeral…and…who’s your bag-daddy now?

Outside of impeachment, of which I think the inhabitants of entire planet is growing tired, not to mention the inhabitants of all other planets in the known universe, there have been two other stories in the news that have captivated the headlines.

Now before I get into those other stories, allow me to quickly clear something up for skeptics, there are inhabitants on other planets scattered about the known universe, there must be or otherwise, why would there be a Miss Universe pageant every year?

Sure, Earth wins it every year, but that’s not really our fault. For those who insist that we are alone in the universe, I would challenge you to start your own, Miss Holier-Than-Thou pageant where the entries are as limited as your minds.

Okay, that said, allow me to get into the nuts and bolts of the only stories outside of impeachment that everyone seems to care about, and frankly, few should.

BREAKING NEWS…

Kobe Bryant is still dead.

Just a couple of weeks ago, news broke on a Sunday, that retired NBA star Kobe Bryant had died in the crash of a helicopter near Calabasas, California. The news came in dribs, and drabs, as at first it was Bryant, and 4 other people, then it was Bryant and one of his daughters, before it finally became Bryant, one of his daughters, and 7 other people.

A tragedy? Indeed. It always is when something like that happens, regardless of who was involved. People lose their lives, families are devastated, and friends are in shock. Helicopter crashes, plane crashes, car crashes, medical issues, being bored to death by endless democrat whining in an impeachment trial, sudden and unexpected deaths always come as a shock.

But holy crap, the collective anguish over the death of Kobe Bryant seems a bit much. Okay, it seems a lot much.

The overtly overly dramatic gnashing of teeth and sobbing of crocodile tears by celebrities, some of who knew Bryant, some of whom were only acquainted with the guy, and some who only watched the guy play basketball seems to be way out of proportion. Then there are the myriad of basketball fans, those who never met the guy, who have taken to social media to express their painful loss. Seriously?

How shallow must your life be that the most devastating thing you have ever experienced is the loss of someone you never even met, and whose entire impact on your life was wanting to make you shoot a ball through a hoop? Kobe Bryant, I hate to break it to you, was not the second coming of Jesus. He wasn’t even the second coming of Jordan.  Is it a shame that he died so young? Yes. Is it a shame that his daughters won’t have their dad and their sister around, or that his wife is now without her husband, and a daughter? Of course, but they weren’t on that helicopter alone.

Christina Mauser, Sarah Chester, Payton Chester, Ara Zobayan, John Altobelli, along with his wife Keri and daughter Alyssa died in the same helicopter crash, and they have families left behind too…but how do their deaths stack up compared to that of Kobe Bryant and his 13 year old daughter, Gigi? Well, in one article, in a list of bullet points, the “other people” who died in that crash were in 7^th place, including the make and model of the helicopter.

Seriously, the make and model of the helicopter was more important than the names of those who lost their lives? Collateral damage I suppose, but at least the “other people” were listed ahead of the bullet point stating that the helicopter circled Glendale for 14 minutes after takeoff.

So that’s something.

So many people, celebrities or garden variety have posted about how Kobe Bryant was their hero. Oh, come on. Hero? He was a basketball player. He wasn’t Gandhi, or Schindler, or anyone else who made great contributions to humanity. He was a highly paid athlete, good at his job, who had feet of clay, and his own sordid past just like any run of the mill person does. Hero? Hardly. Let me ask this rather rhetorical question of those who regarded Kobe Bryant as a hero. Did he lose his life in the commission of some deed that would make his corner of the world better, make his country safer, or save someone else’s life?

No, in fact, Kobe Bryant lost his life trying to avoid traffic.

Heroes. You want heroes? How about our men and women in uniform, who serve this country, and defend our freedoms? How about those who came home from doing that missing arms, legs and minds? While we’re at it, how about those heroes who wore our nation’s uniforms in past wars, and especially those who came home in a box?

Heroes? How about those who go about keeping our streets, our rural communities, our towns and our cities safe while having to wear bullet-proof vests in the hope that they’ll get home to their families at the end of a shift? How about those who run toward the burning building rather than running away? Those who take a chance every time they roll up to the scene of a tragedy not really knowing what might happen while they try to save lives?

There are all sorts of real heroes, but a guy who makes more money playing a game than most people will see in 10 lifetimes isn’t a hero, he’s a talented lucky bastard, and the two should never be confused.

Alright. The other story outside of impeachment to get all the press lately has been the coronavirus, and it’s time to weigh in on that.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!

The coronavirus is being called a “pandemic” by the world media, and they’re being spurred on by bureaucrats in white lab coats who are more bored than SETI nerds trying to process Miss Universe entries from other planets in the known universe.

Remember, a few years ago, when the rampaging wild Ebola’s were going to get us all, and then nothing happened? It was the biggest pre-announced doomsday prediction since the Y2K bug, and the end of the Mayan calendar in 2012.

The corona virus is, after all, a rather simple virus that affects the respiratory system, and can be more pronounced in the very young, the old, or those with some sort of pre-existing such medical condition. In fact, most of those who have died from the coronavirus “pandemic” have been people already suffering from some form of immune dysfunction.

Now to put this in proper perspective, how many cases of the dreaded coronavirus have there been? As of Tuesday February 5th, 2020…24,000 confirmed cases and about 500 deaths…WORLDWIDE. For the sake of balance, there are about 7.7 billion people on Earth.

Have people been catching this virus on different continents, which is the definition of a pandemic? Yes, but people catch the common cold and various variety of flues every year all over the world as well and nobody breaks out the hazmat suits for those.

“Pandemic” in the loosest sense of the term, but is it a reason to panic?

By contrast to the 500 deaths by the dreaded coronavirus so far this year, 13 people die every year in the U.S. when vending machines tip over on them. Roughly 30 people per year are killed in their sleep by fire ants. In Russia, on average, 100 people are killed every year by falling icicles. In the U.S. nearly 450 people die every year from falling out of bed, and over in Africa, the human population drops by a staggering 2,900 every year as people are killed by hippos.

In the grand scheme of things, the coronavirus amounts to a cold, maybe a bad cold, but a cold, and like most viruses, is treatable with simple medication, and a box of Kleenex. Certain precautions are being taken, like screening people at airports coming into the U.S. from China. Now exactly how one screens for coronavirus at the airport is a bit unclear, but I suppose it has something to do with TSA asking you to turn your head, and cough as you get off a plane which is pretty much the same thing they do when you want to get on a plane these days.

So, from where does the coronavirus come? As near as anyone can tell, it came from Wuhan China, but there has been a good deal of misinformation connected to that. For instance, early in the anything but a “pandemic,” some yahoo with a social media account by the name of Wang Mengyun, the host of an online travel show, posted a video of herself eating bat soup, and suddenly, bat soup in Wuhan, China was ground, or soup bowl zero. Here is the problem with that… Wang Mengyun, wasn’t in Wuhan, in fact, she wasn’t even in China. She was in Palau, a Pacific island nation.

Now to be clear, what people in Palau like to eat is their business, and what Wang Mengyun posts regarding her quest for celebrity status on the internet is her business, but when it comes to soups, if I don’t see it in the Campbell’s soup section at the supermarket…I’m not interested.

A big part of the problem concerning the spread of this version of a cold in China is due to the fact that Chinese healthcare is substandard, and they simply can’t contend with the numbers. By the way, the Chinese have a government run healthcare system, and their best advice was to ban the sale of live wild animals in food markets.

Outside of the occasional crustacean in a tank at some of our better markets in this country, live wild animals haven’t been sold in the snack aisle in the U.S. probably since the early 1800’s, and the other half of the Chinese medical advice equation is Obamacare, so…

And finally, a bunch of liberal globalists are now trying to blame the coronavirus on climate change. These are the ilk of people who believe that adding cream of bat soup to the green bean casserole next Thanksgiving would be intellectually stimulating for their dinner guests. What they are suggesting is that such viruses that originate in animals, and then jump to humans, is being accelerated by man-made global warming.

In other words, these are people that believe we can stop the uncommon cold by raising people’s taxes so as to control the amount of energy released by the sun which, let’s face it, is bat-crap crazy, but then these are also the same people who would try to impeach Trump if he came up with a cure for coronavirus tomorrow.

So there you go…two classic examples of overhyping the underwhelming…people are still catching colds, and Kobe Bryant is still dead.

I checked, and that’s the news.

From what it looked like in the videos, George Floyd didn’t have to die, but what we saw in the videos once again failed to tell the whole story.

There’s plenty that hasn’t been deemed worthy of being included by those who shot the videos and many didn’t start taping until a good deal of what transpired had already happened. That’s nearly always the case, but not the only reason why we can’t simply take the videos we see as a complete record of such events.

Police officer, Derek Chauvin kept his knee pressed into Floyd’s neck for 8 minutes, and in no world is that proper protocol. Floyd was already handcuffed. He was already on the ground. There were already other cops on the scene. Those 8 minutes transpired while Floyd was less than 1 foot away from a police vehicle, and there should have been absolutely no reason whatsoever that one or all of those cops couldn’t, or shouldn’t have simply gotten Floyd to his feet, opened the back door of that vehicle, and placed him inside of it.

But, that didn’t happen.

As one who holds police officers in high regard, I also hold them to a higher standard, and I believe rightly so. I don’t like bad cops, and I also know that good cops don’t like bad cops. I am sure that the Minneapolis police department is full of good cops, and in this case, the actions of 4 cops put good cops, and the public in danger.

All 4 of the cops involved have been fired. Okay but Chauvin was a 19 year veteran on that force, and should damned well have known better. His actions, it seemed, directly led to the death of a man in his custody, and were that the case, he should face the music, and pay the piper. Last Friday, Chauvin was charged with 3^rd degree murder, and manslaughter…the process had begun.

A complete and thorough investigation by an outside source must be done, all relevant evidence gathered and appropriate action needs to follow in accordance to the evidence.

That is the rule of law.

What we have all witnessed over the past week, in Minneapolis, and in so many other places around the country has nothing whatsoever to do with the rule of law.

It is, in fact, mindless baboonery. And, by the way, mindless baboonery is a transparent cloak of abject stupidity that can be worn over anyone of any skin color, so don’t go THERE with this particular analogy.

Just like it is with any police force, one bad apple can spoil the lot of them, and what we’ve seen from certain members of the black community, the few when compared to the whole who have engaged in riots, looting, arson and acts of violence in Minneapolis and other cities has cast a pall on the whole.

What we have are a handful of those who claim to be upset over what sure looked like excessive force that led to a man’s death while in police custody using it as an excuse to engage in arson, looting, riots and other acts of abject violence to make a point.

What point…exactly?

That the death of a man none of them actually knew or had any connection to outside perhaps the color of their skin is their license to destroy people’s property, steal from others, and do physical harm to others…other people who had nothing whatsoever to do with that man’s death?

That is absurd. It’s anarchy, and it is decidedly mindless.

It becomes even more mindless in its baboonery, and more absurd when one gets the autopsy results back and realizes all the destruction, all the violence and looting has been for nothing. George Floyd’s heart and cardiovascular system were ticking time bombs. The official autopsy stated “no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation” and “underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease.”

While it is possible that being restrained by the police contributed to Floyd’s death, that much is inconclusive, but again, according to the official autopsy, there were no marks on Floyd’s neck, and medical experts will tell you that someone with Floyd’s underlying, and serious health conditions could have died simply from having his hands cuffed behind him, or could have simply dropped while walking down the street.

The fact is, Floyd’s death suddenly, before the evidence was in, became the excuse, not the reason for mindless baboonery.

Those so engaged in the violence and the mindlessness claim to hate the police, all of the police everywhere, and for what? For what they THOUGHT one cop did in one place? Mindless baboonery. Who exactly will they call when wrong is done to them? When someone steals their property, who will they call? When someone harms them, or someone they care about, who will they call? Should a business they own be destroyed in a mindless act, who will they call then? They’ll call the cops, and they’ll expect action to be taken against the perpetrators by the cops.

Were I the Mayor in a city that has been besieged by such mindless baboonery to the extent that the police precinct was destroyed and burned, I would see to it that said precinct was NOT rebuilt resulting in much longer response times when police are required in that area. Sure, people there will complain, and yes, it could well result in preventable deaths, but the fact remains that they HAD a police presence there, and THEY burned it to the ground.

Were I a store owner whose business was looted and destroyed by the mindless baboons, I don’t care how badly that store was needed in that area…I would reopen in some other location outside the baboon enclosure. If that means that people can’t get what they need or want close to their neighborhood…to damn bad…they should have thought of that before engaging in mindless baboonery.

But what about the non-baboons who live in the area? Wouldn’t such measures be an inconvenience or a danger to them? Is that fair?

Of course that’s not fair, but guess what? Sometimes reality isn’t fair and the way I look at it is that the majority of good, decent folks in those areas weren’t proactive in making sure their neighborhoods were safe for far too long, instead relying on others to do it for them while they minded their own business.

The mindless baboonery is a direct result of complacency which in turn leads to a direct lack of security and convenience. Deal with it or whistle a happy tune while you pack up your crap and move to a better neighborhood.

In this video, we see the mindless baboonery of idiots of various skin colors looting and destroying a Target store because, you know, one man’s death means you’re entitled to steal whatever the hell you want. Right?

In this video, a mindless baboon is seen viciously attacking a woman in a wheelchair at the back of a store. Did she have something to do with Floyd’s death? Did she have HER knee on Floyd’s neck for 8 minutes? It’s sick.

The mindless baboonery hasn’t been relegated solely to Minneapolis either. It’s been taking place across the country. Riots. Arson, Looting, and violence. In Denver, somebody fired bullets into the state capitol building from a riot outside. The NYPD has issued an “officer safety alert” due to an unverified threat by a Brooklyn man against law enforcement officers. The Ohio Statehouse was damaged by mindless baboons late Thursday evening. Phoenix, Arizona, Louisville, Kentucky, and Memphis, Tennessee are just some of the other places other than Minneapolis where mindless baboons are roaming the streets engaging in riots and destruction.

Notice anything those places have in common? Yep. Those are all liberal enclaves. What you have there are mindless baboons running amok in places run by mindless weasels. Those rioters, arsonists, looters and engagers in violence and destruction are the darlings of liberalism. The mindless baboons in Memphis, and Louisville engage with impunity under the consent of the mindless weasels running those cities.

Don’t believe me? Well, try this on for size…the mindless baboonery has been taking place in Minneapolis against that city’s stay at home and social distancing mandates, but has the Mayor come unglued over it the way he did over church services there? A week ago he warned that allowing 25 percent capacity in churches would be “a recipe in Minneapolis for a public health disaster.” 

Well, the liberal weasel running Minneapolis, Mayor Jacob Frey, had his administrative weasels out on the streets late last week providing COVID masks to the mindless baboons so that they can engage in looting, arson, destruction and assorted acts of violence free from the fear of coronavirus.

Those weasels will, I guarantee you, be holding their hands out to the federal government for American taxpayer dollars to rebuild what they allowed the baboons to destroy, and they shouldn’t get one red cent in that effort.

The baboons and the weasels are just part of the problem however, as the propaganda morons of the mainstream media are there to furnish just what the liberal weasels and their mindless baboons crave…attention and air-time.

In this next video, we see a mainstream media moron actually telling his small audience that what’s taking place is really, mostly a protest…while he stands in front of a looted, ransacked building that is burning out of control.

That’s not a protest…that’s a freaking riot and he’s not fooling anybody but the sheep who watch MSNBC.

There is one more element to the media coverage of this anarchy that I find disturbing, and that is every outlet, including Fox News feeling the need to bring on black guests or their black reporters to provide proper commentary or perspective. That’s bullcrap. The proper commentary or perspective can be brought to any issue by anyone of any skin color. We don’t need the skin color perspective on any damn thing, and I don’t care what it is, but media outlets seem to think it adds legitimacy.

It doesn’t, and here’s why…what’s transpired in the wake of Floyd’s death has effected people of ALL skin colors, not any one SINGLE skin color and therefore, skin color perspectives only serve to further divide us along racial lines.

Here’s the bottom line the way I see it…

What we have here is the death of one individual which resulted from his own underlying health issues, not the actions of a cop, but here’s the problem…in the rush to be politically expedient, and give the angry mob of mindless baboons what they wanted, that cop was charged with murder and manslaughter…charges that will, or should prove to be false.

Now what do the weasels do? Drop the charges and reinstate the 4 fired cops? All hell with break loose in the land of mindless baboons everywhere. Press forward with a trial of the cop in which he’ll be acquitted? That will make what’s been happening look like a Sunday social. Convict the cop in spite of the evidence just to placate the mindless baboons?

So much for the rule of law in that case huh?

Congratulations perpetrators of mindless baboonery…you have proven yourselves to be nothing but domestic terrorists hell bent on the destruction of your own communities.

You belong in cages.

Revisionist history seems to be one of liberalism’s foremost platform planks. When history, real history doesn’t fit their agenda, they just ignore it, and replace it with a myth.

The problem liberals have with history is that it tells a story of the past, and while it has been said that the victors get to write the history, thus implying a grey area as to accuracy, nonetheless, revisionist history simply dismisses the facts and replaces them with a myth.

Historical myths, such as those conjured up by liberals, and purported as being truth, are anything but, and just as liberals often invent victims from thin air where no real victims can be found, they also often invent heroes of their cause where none can be offered by reality.

John Lewis is a prime example of this.

What can be said of John Lewis that liberals haven’t already said since his death of pancreatic cancer on July 17^th? It’s not that liberals made Lewis into an instant icon upon his passing, no…they’ve been working up to it for some time.

Mark Twain once said, “The most outrageous lies that can be invented will find believers if a man only tells them with all his might,” and let’s face it, liberals have been telling the John Lewis lie as strenuously as possible for quite some time.

Over the past couple of weeks, since the death of John Lewis, liberals have championed his 33 year stint in Congress. That have referred to Lewis as a hero, as a champion of Civil Rights, and as an icon. Praise by the ton has been heaped upon John Lewis from every nook, cranny and crack of liberalism. He has been called the moral conscience of the Congress, a giant among men, an indefatigable champion of justice, a freedom rider, and the heart of our nation.

Liberals have referred to John Lewis as inspirational, remarkable, a mountain and a monument.

Even Conservatives have felt the need to pile on the platitudes so as not to be left out of the opportunity to score political correctness points.

What can one say about John Lewis that hasn’t already been said?

Plenty.

Let’s start with this…the man was a fraud.

There. I said it. I went there and it was about damned time somebody did.

From the early days of the Civil Rights marches of the early 1960’s, there was John Lewis. He marched with Martin Luther King Jr. He took a beating on that bridge in Selma, and came back the next day to defiantly cross that bridge. Lewis registered black voters across the South, and he was the director of the Voter Education Project.

John Lewis was elected to Congress in 1987, and served 17 terms until his death, and in those 33 years, he became the dean of the Georgia congressional delegation, and a leader of the Democratic Party in the U.S. House of Representatives, serving from 1991 as a Chief Deputy Whip and from 2003 as Senior Chief Deputy Whip.

During his 33 years in the House, Lewis was known as one of the, if not THE most liberal member OF the House. The Washington Post called Lewis a, “a fiercely partisan Democrat.” In fact, during his time in Congress, it can be accurately said of John Lewis that he rarely, if ever came across a democrat idea or agenda item he didn’t champion to the nth degree…and there’s the problem.

The history of the democrat party is the history of slavery. The history of the democrat party, John Lewis’ party, is the history of racism in America.

Slavery in America was a democrat institution. The democrat party was the champion of slavery in the Civil War, and it was the democrat party that fought to keep the institution of slavery intact. As fiercely as John Lewis clung to the democrat party, the democrat party clung to slavery. In fact, the democrat party in the years leading up to the Civil War stated that Congress had no power to interfere with the institution of slavery.

History, real history also records that in the years leading to the Civil War, it was the democrat party that showed a good deal of interest in expanding slavery in any NEW state added to the union, and it was indeed the democrat party in those days that forced the “Fugitive Slave Act” and insisted that all law enforcement uphold it.

The 14^th Amendment, providing full citizenship to freed slaves passed with 94% Republican support, and zero percent democrat support in 1868, while the 15^th Amendment providing the right to vote to freed slaves passed with 100% Republican support and again, zero percent democrat party support. It’s staggering, isn’t it? From the aforementioned instances, to advocating for discrimination, inventing and advocating in favor of Jim Crow laws, to racial segregation policies, the democrat party partnership with the KKK and the 1964 filibuster lead by democrats of the Civil Rights Act.

I would also submit that there have been countless actions taken by elected democrats since the 1964 Civil Rights Act that have been meant purely to politically, rather than physically enslave black people in this country…a long list that includes various ways to addict black people to welfare, handouts, and government reliance while telling black people that the democrat party is their only chance.

John Lewis was born in 1940 near Troy, Alabama. He was the son of sharecroppers. As a young boy, Lewis saw racism, discrimination and segregation first hand. He wasn’t allowed to go to school with white children, wasn’t allowed to sit in the front of the bus, and wasn’t even allowed in many establishments, but his northern relatives had no such problems. They had integrated schools, buses and businesses.

But Lewis wasn’t stupid. He was educated. He held a degree from the American Baptist Theological Seminary, and a bachelor’s degree in religion and philosophy from Fisk University.

Lewis grew up in democrat led segregation, and knew well before entering the political world which party was responsible for systemic racism throughout American history. He knew. There was no way he could not have known. He knew which party was the party of slavery, the party of Jim Crow, the party of the KKK, the party of segregation and the party of disenfranchising black people from voting and civil rights…but…

John Lewis chose to be a democrat.

He chose to be a part of the party that is inherently tied to the history of racism in America, and as he progressed through the political world to become a 17 term member of Congress, he was a “fiercely partisan democrat.”

Throughout his political career, John Lewis was given honor after honor for his work in the arena of “civil rights,” and not once, not ever did he speak against the party of racism in America, the party of slavery, the party of Jim Crow laws, the KKK, segregation and so much more.

Not once did John Lewis speak against the democrat party, HIS party…the party of yesterday’s, and today’s political systemic racism.

If you still think there may have been an outside chance that Lewis somehow wasn’t aware of the sham that is the democrat party, consider this fact…Lewis long claimed that the greatest influence in his political career was Claude Pepper, the Florida democrat. Pepper was no ordinary democrat, and spent a good deal of his political career fighting against his own party’s misguided and revisionist version of history.  In fact, when the Civil Rights Act came to a vote in 1964, the ONLY deep south Senator to give it an up vote was Pepper.

Lewis never challenged his own party’s hypocrisy in claiming that Act as their own, while only paying it lip service to con black people out of their votes. Oh, yes…he knew.

As the two ARE mutually exclusive, how can one possibly be both a “fiercely partisan democrat” while at the same time be the “moral conscience of the Congress and a fierce warrior for civil rights?”

One can’t, unless one is a fraud, and I contend that John Lewis was such a fraud.

In the coming days, weeks, months and years, more and more accolades will be heaped upon the so-called “legacy” of John Lewis. There is already talk of renaming the Edmund Pettus Bridge for him, and schools are already discussing taking on his name. We can no doubt expect to see libraries, perhaps colleges and monuments erected to honor the fraud. There will be awards given bearing his name and likeness, and all manner of streets and scholarships named after him.

Ironic, isn’t it, that there is now a slight pause in the liberal demands to erase the Confederacy from real history in order to exalt a man who dedicated his political career to championing the party that embraced the Confederacy? It’s all part of the scam. It’s not at all unlike making heroes of common criminals. Michael Brown was no hero, and yet liberals through revisionist history have made him one. George Floyd? Until the moment he died, he was but a common criminal, and since has been elevated to hero status.

Yesterday, Lewis was eulogized and remembered…not for what he was, but for what he could have been, and what he should have been, but the quest for power and prestige was, I believe, too tempting for the man.

Real history sheds the truth of John Lewis as it does on the ilk of Brown and Floyd, while revisionist history pushes the lie of their ilk, and don’t tell me that John Lewis had good intentions. He could not, without malice, have stood for the party that stood for everything he claimed to stand against in good faith. He could only have done that for political expediency, and he did so unabashedly.

That is a prime example of fraud in any sense of the word, and to regard John Lewis as some sort of hero worthy of high praise for anything he did after the march from Selma to Montgomery is taking things a bridge too far.

Mark Twain once said, “You take the lies out of him, and he’ll shrink to the size of your hat; you take the malice out of him, and he’ll disappear.”

Twain may as well have been talking about John Lewis, and regardless of the praise today’s liberals heap upon him, and the scorn they will level at me for daring to tell the truth, liberals know that under the harsh light of truth, John Lewis would have disappeared long, long ago.

Over the past six months or so “We the People” have basically been rendered housebound courtesy of the nasty little virus from China. And in the case of Right Side Patriots being housebound it left us with lots of time to do what we do best…separating facts from fiction and then reported on truths the liberal media dare not tell us. And with our country currently in the throes of great unrest as rioting and mayhem grow more commonplace with each passing day, we had the time to not only reexamine what is ground zero of all this unrest…as in George Floyd…but to then layout the one truth the left fears above all else…the truth that Officer Derek Chauvin was not…we repeat…not…responsible for George Floyd’s death…George Floyd himself was the cause of his own death.

And all knew this almost since day one yet willfully and with malice intended set the stage and assembled the players for all that came next or should we say had everything in place just waiting for a touch point…a person…to set all in motion.

The images were stunning and unsettling…eight minutes caught on a passerby’s cell phone…eight minutes showing a black man laying prone face down in the street with his hands “cuffed” behind his back while a white officer’s knee ‘supposedly’ pressed hard into the man’s neck as the man kept repeating the words, “I can’t breathe.” And those eight minutes led to Officer Chauvin’s firing from the Minneapolis Police Department and his being charged with second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter…all based upon a snippet of film played before the court of public opinion…a decision rendered before an official investigation had taken place and before an official autopsy and corresponding toxicology report had been completed, finalized, and signed off on.

And so the media’s canonization of George Floyd began as a sinner was morphed into a saint…another black man murdered by a white police officer, targeted for death simply because of the color of his skin or so the story goes. But with today’s partisan driven media being the purveyor of untruths along with their selling of falsehoods and innuendos as facts, the media relished in helping to fuel on what is an Obama instigated race war, after all his fundamental transformation of America is anything but colorblind.

Anything but colorblind for in today’s America the politics of skin color has become the decider of right and wrong…the good guys v. the bad guys so to speak. Black skin is deemed good, white skin is deemed bad, and brown skin lies somewhere in between. Yellow and red skin are basically irrelevant, but when someone white is dressed in blue the seeds of discontentment are planted in the minds of not only those who see their black skin color as all that defines them but in the minds of their white enablers as well. And such is the case of the man who couldn’t breathe…the man whose black skin color alone allowed the leftist media to orchestrate the fairy tale that George Floyd was a saint…a saint in whose name violence must not only be overlooked but dare not be condemned.

Before we get into the specifics of why George Floyd was responsible for his own death, a conclusion drawn minus what is or is not police allowable under the law, we first must examine exactly who this man was while also bringing into focus the tsunami of violence that resulted from his death.

First, George Floyd…or Floyd Perry as he was also known in some circles…was well known to the police. Who was this guy aside from the saint that the mainstream media, the BLM, Antifa and his family manufactured after he drew his last breath? Simply, George Floyd was a common criminal and a violent thug who on May 25, 2020, was arrested for trying to pass a counterfeit $20 bill at a grocery store in Minneapolis which led to his now infamous encounter with the police. But what about his criminal history before that day?

George Floyd’s criminal record went back at least two decades and included five stints in jail. In 2005, George Floyd was arrested for possession of cocaine and did ten months behind bars. Floyd did eight months for possession of cocaine after an October, 2002 arrest, and earlier that year he spent thirty days in jail for criminal trespassing. George Floyd’s trips to jail go all the way back to August 1998, when he did time for theft.

More recently, the now sainted George Floyd was busted in Texas in 2007 for being a felon in possession of a gun, the incident of his holding said gun to the stomach of a pregnant woman, in which Floyd had been posing as a water company employee wearing a blue uniform in order to trick the woman and enter her house. When she tried to fight back or run, a black Ford Explorer with five other men pulled up and forced their way into her home. George Floyd was the ringleader. An alert neighbor got the plate number of the black Explorer, and when police found that vehicle, George Floyd was driving it, and the pregnant woman identified him as the man who held her at gunpoint.

According to his brother, George Floyd moved to Minneapolis in 2014 to get a “clean start” but one has to wonder after seeing his record from Texas, if Floyd didn’t make the move because he had become too well known to law enforcement in the Lone Star State and had simply worn out his welcome.

In Minneapolis, police officer Derek Chauvin had worked, off duty, at the El Nuevo Rodeo…a nightclub…for the past 17 years. In the months leading up to his death, George Floyd had also worked at the same club, and both men were security at the club with Chauvin working mostly outside and Floyd working inside.

It’s funny how stories change when sainthood gets involved. Right after Floyd’s death, David Pinney, who also worked at the club, gave an interview where he told a CBS reporter that the two bouncers not only knew each other, but “bumped heads” while working on the same shifts. The following is an exchange from that interview.

CBS News: “Is there any doubt in your mind that Derek Chauvin knew George Floyd?”

Pinney: “No. He knew him.”

CBS NEWS: “How well did he know him?”

Pinney: “I would say pretty well.”

That was backed up by the club’s owner, Maya Santamaria, who told a Minneapolis radio station in the hours after Floyd’s death, that Floyd and Chauvin often worked during the same shifts in the crowded bar.

Both their stories changed just as soon as Floyd was tapped for sainthood by the mainstream media, the BLM and Antifa with Pinney recanting his version and saying he had confused Floyd with someone else. “There has been a mix up between George and another fellow co-worker.” Pinney, however, was unable to provide a name for the other “fellow co-worker.” Maya Santamaria also changed her tune when sainthood for Floyd entered the picture, going from stating that they often worked the same shift to telling Fox News that she didn’t believed the two men knew each other prior to their fateful encounter, and saying that had Chauvin recognized Floyd, “he might have given him a little more mercy.”

There are certain givens in the world of nightclubs, and when it comes to a club’s security team one of those givens is that everybody knows everybody else on the team. It’s also a given that all members of the staff know every member of the security team so that when trouble breaks out they know who is on their side. It is completely disingenuous that Pinney would now claim to have mistaken George Floyd, a man who stood 6 foot 4 inches tall and weighed 223 pounds, for any other co-worker at that club, and it’s equally disingenuous that Santamaria would now claim that one member of her club’s security team didn’t know another.

It would also be very hard to believe that Derek Chauvin, a police officer working security at a nightclub in his off-duty hours wouldn’t know who else was on that team as well as their backgrounds. We believe that Chauvin knew Floyd, knew of his criminal history, and knew him to be a drug addict based in part on Floyd’s record, and as a cop knowing the “tells of addicts” when encountering them on the street during any sort of interaction. We also believe that what we discovered in the official autopsy results prove that Derek Chauvin read those “tells” correctly, and that he did indeed give George Floyd “a little more mercy” then the mainstream media, the BLM or Antifa want you to know.

And with Black Lives Matter (BLM) along with Antifa now dominating the public discourse thanks to their enablers in both the media and the Democrat party, a minority within a minority has made it so that we white folks must now accept as fact that only black lives matter because once again…or so they say…an innocent black man has died during a confrontation with the police. But know that with all that has since unfolded absolutely nothing has to do with George Floyd the man but everything to do with the fact that this (supposedly) sainted man’s death was but the long awaited for signal for anarchy, rioting, looting, and even murder to not only commence but to continue on unabated until their, BLM and Antifa’s, politically deemed objectives were met.

But now with the autopsy report revealing the truth about not only how George Floyd was killed but actually exonerating his supposed killer…more on that shortly…the time has come to separate a saint from a sinner and end the rioting and mayhem done in this man’s name. And the time has way passed come for the BLM and Antifa thugs to be called to task for their most vile of actions as “We the People” are tired of placating those from within who are out if not to actually destroy America at least to “mold” her into the nation they alone deem she should be.

And this “molding” is happening right before our eyes as the oath our police officers proudly take to enforce the law is now being taken away from them as they are told to “stand down” while miscreants and thugs are free to roam and both riot and take…to actually destroy…all that others have worked so hard to achieve…free to do so with no questions asked nor with their being called to task…free to do so with the excuse given that “it’s owed to them” for slavery’s past. And what’s not understood is why our government…why our leaders…are allowing this to go on as we know it has to be more than merely placating those whose skin color is black…for we’re bearing witness to Obama’s “fundamental transformation” of America now coming to life and yet we are not fighting back.

The days of passivity are over, we law-abiding Americans can no longer sit back and watch our communities being destroyed courtesy of a false narrative spurned on by the media over one black thug’s death. And while a show of collective force by “We the People” would send a powerful message that the antics of BLM and Antifa will no longer be tolerated nor accepted, so too will simple well presented truth. And that truth starts now with one Officer Derek Chauvin…the sacrificial lamb being thrown onto the pyre of misplaced hate simply to placate those whose cause is based upon lies, violence, insurrection, and all-encompassing greed.

And said truth unfolded courtesy of George Floyd autopsy report…a report that should have exposed both the liberal media’s anything but truth as well as BLM and Antifa’s using a known thug’s demise to help set our nation on fire, but sadly we saw key findings being both ignored and downplayed. So now we, as Right Side Patriots, present the case not just for Officer Derek Chauvin’s exoneration, we also explain why he did not kill George Floyd. And please understand that medical facts are indeed more powerful than media generated lies…that is if the truth is allowed to be presented.

And a key part of that truth…can be seen in the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Official Autopsy Report not in the independent coroner’s report demanded by George Floyd’s family. And why even the need for a second report…because while at first the official report seemed to back up the so wanted narrative that George Floyd was the victim of a police killing via neck compression, the actual findings themselves contradict this and prove otherwise. And after we sifted through all the medical jargon it became clear that George Floyd is responsible for his own death…Derek Chauvin’s knee had nothing to do with it. Let us explain.

By now we have all seen the video of a handcuffed George Floyd laying prone on the street with Officer Chauvin’s knee on his neck with Floyd repeating “I can’t breathe” numerous times. It truly is a horrific video to watch but sometimes the things we think we see are not really what they appear to be especially when a much needed political narrative is at stake. Such is the case here for nowhere in the video can it be determined how hard Chauvin’s knee was or was not pressed into Floyd’s neck. Could the officer’s knee just have been laying on Floyd’s neck but not pressing into it…that was the question only the coroner could answer and answer it he did…but of course his answer was not what many wanted to hear.

Here, directly from the autopsy report itself is what was found and we quote, “Layer by layer dissection of the anterior strap muscles of the neck discloses no areas of contusion or hemorrhage within the musculature. The thyroid cartilage and hyoid bone are intact. The larynx is lined by intact mucosa. The thyroid is symmetric and red-brown, without cystic or nodular change. The tongue is free of bite marks, hemorrhage, or other injuries. The cervical spinal column is palpably stable and free of hemorrhage.”

In simpler terms minus the medical lingo, Officer Derek Chauvin’s knee, while obviously placed on George Floyd’s neck in no way exerted enough pressure to have killed him. There were no compression wounds on Floyd’s neck; no breaking or tearing of any cartilage or of any neck bones including the critical hyoid bone; no damage to the neck’s portion of the spinal column, as in nothing whatsoever to indicate what would be strangulation via knee…nothing at all.

And the report went further to state that, “An incision from the back of the head to the lower back, extending onto both buttocks, is dissected subcutaneously to the lateral aspects of the neck, the shoulders, and flanks. No areas of subcutaneous hemorrhage, soft tissue contusion, or other occult injury are found in the posterior neck, right and left lateral neck, shoulders, back, flanks, or buttocks.” And again, this proves that with no damage to George Floyd’s neck he could not have died due to neck compression…he could not have died due to the actions of Officer Derek Chauvin.

So what was the cause of George Floyd’s death, especially minus any physically caused damage to the neck, lungs, the bronchi, and with ‘”no significant pathologic abnormality” found at the time of autopsy? Simply, George Floyd who was indeed COVID-19 positive, died from a combination of heart disease, hypertension, and most importantly due to the finding of 55 toxicological agents of varying levels circulating in his body at the time of death. To put it bluntly, George Floyd was a hard core drug addict, and when one mixes together underlying heart issues, blood pressure issues, and a pharmacy full of legal and mostly illegal substances circulating through one’s body coupled with being in the throes of a full-blown paranoia episode, that person becomes a time bomb ready to explode.

Simply, Floyd’s dying had nothing to do with Derek Chauvin but everything to do with his thug lifestyle coupled with the 55 drugs he knowingly and willingly put into his body within a given period of time. And most of the drugs found in his body…found during the toxicological portion of his autopsy…were of the kind whose side effects include depressing the respiratory system causing one’s breathing to either slow, stop, or give someone the feeling that they can’t breathe. In addition to high levels of fentanyl and methamphetamine…both of which cause respiratory distress…were Bromazepam, an anti-anxiety drug similar to but stronger than Valium whose side effects includes sedation, which itself slows breathing, and ataxia which mimics a drunken state, slurs speech, causes stumbling, falling, and incoordination all of which George Floyd exhibited at the time of his arrest. Then there’s Butylone, a habit-forming drug in the psychedelic class which alters perception thus causing a number of mental issues which manifest in altered states of consciousness and reality…seeing or believing things are happening to one’s person when they are not.

Also found in George Floyd’s body was Butyryfentanyl, an extremely potent short-acting synthetic opioid that can cause serious respiratory depression as well as Carfetanil, another synthetic opioid that while originally intended to sedate large animals now sees drug dealers mixing it with heroin to make the heroin stronger. In fact, Carfetanil is 10,000 times more potent than morphine and 100 times more potent than fentanyl and easily depresses or arrests the respiratory system…a drug so potent the DEA has issued an “Officer’s Alert” about it. Now add in Clephedrone, a synthetic cannabinoid…a street-called “bath salt”…sold on the black market and on the internet which causes either extreme anxiety or sedation with the possibility of respiratory and/or cardiac arrest. And then there’s Clonazolam, a potent drug used to treat anxiety, insomnia, and muscle tension which also causes extreme sedation thus slowing respiration giving one the feeling that they can’t breathe.

And the drugs mentioned are but six of the 55 drugs found in George Floyd’s body in varying degrees, and know that most of the other 49 drugs listed are similar in nature, all working together to cause this man’s demise. Just another drug addict responsible for his own demise…a death that by circumstances and timing became the needed lynch pin that set off a political agenda.

Obviously, Police Officer Derek Chauvin would not have had the benefit of knowing what we now know thanks to the official autopsy regarding the staggering amount of street-level pharmaceuticals and illegal drugs that were in George Floyd’s system at the time of the arrest, but he would have deduced several things. As a police officer he would easily recognize the tell-tale signs of someone under the influence of controlled substances.

Chauvin knew Floyd, and would have judged him not to be acting normal. Floyd was combative, sweating profusely, his eyes weren’t clear, he may well have been slurring his words and was exhibiting signs of paranoia. Floyd was off, way off, and Chauvin knew it. Chauvin, as we have already said, would have known of Floyd’s drug related past which would also lead him to believe that Floyd was again under the influence of illegal drugs.

Floyd went to the ground as Chauvin and other officers tried to load him into the back of a police vehicle. Chauvin would have had no way of knowing if going to the ground as Floyd did was part of a medical condition, or a further act of defiance and combativeness. Given that there is no single protocol that covers every individual incident, Chauvin would have made a judgment call as all officers do, and his call was to hold George Floyd to the ground until he calmed down. Trying to put a man of Floyd’s size into a police vehicle when combative, and in a situation where so many angry civilians were in such close proximity would have put officer safety at risk.

As we stated earlier, and per the official autopsy results, Floyd’s hyoid bone was not broken, and the fact that he was talking, saying that he couldn’t breathe, is a clear indicator that he could breathe. One cannot speak when one cannot breathe. The autopsy also states that there was no injury to the anterior muscles of the neck laryngeal structures meaning that clearly, Derek Chauvin did not have his full weight on Floyd’s neck as the mainstream media, the BLM or Antifa claim. Chauvin’s knee was on Floyd’s neck not to exert pressure, but simply to prevent Floyd from trying to shift his position or possibly get up.

But why keep Floyd on the ground for more than eight minutes? Simply to allow time for Floyd to calm down, be less combative and more compliant as well as to allow time to clear the area surrounding the patrol vehicle of civilian bystanders. In this video, at the 1:10 mark, you will see Floyd struggling and actually shifting Chauvin’s knee up and down. Had Chauvin’s weight been on that knee on Floyd’s neck…that would not be possible.

George Floyd was as far from the saint that the mainstream media, the BLM, Antifa, and his own family manufactured as anyone could have been, and shame on those entities for both manufacturing their own mythical version of George Floyd, and ignoring the facts presented in the official autopsy results so as to fan the flames of violence and destruction that now has a monetary cost of nearly $100 billion dollars attached to it.

Officer Derek Chauvin didn’t know of George Floyd’s underlying heart conditions, nor did he know the extent or quantity of the illegal drugs Floyd had in his system. Floyd may not have known the effects of the laundry list of illegal drugs that were in his system, but he surely knew he was higher than a kite and while we don’t know if Floyd knew the extent of his heart conditions, it really doesn’t matter where the charges against Derek Chauvin are concerned.

Officer Chauvin didn’t force all those illegal drugs into George Floyd’s system, and Chauvin wasn’t the cause of Floyd’s underlying health conditions either. Chauvin didn’t hand Floyd a fake $20 dollar bill and tell him to try to spend it in that grocery store, and Chauvin had nothing whatsoever to do with Floyd’s belligerent actions toward the police.

The official autopsy results prove that Officer Derek Chauvin was not responsible for George Floyd’s death, and that George Floyd was responsible for his own death. An honest jury presented with the facts and the evidence would acquit Chauvin and the rest of the officers involved of all charges related to the death of George Floyd, but can an objective, honest jury be found anywhere in the country after the months of lies told by the mainstream media, and the violent intimidation tactics employed by the BLM and Antifa?

Sadly, we don’t think so, and a good cop who did nothing to cause the death of a common thug and drug addicted criminal will pay the price.

That’s the bottom line.
